This comfortable compound on Truro's lovely bay side is a peaceful, wooded spot for your Cape Cod retreat. The property consists of three separate buildings: the main house, the cottage and the office.
MAIN HOUSE
Enter an open and bright main living area with eat-in kitchen, living room and library. The roomy living room has comfortable seating, a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use) and flat screen TV. In the corner of the living room is a wonderful library. Multiple doors lead from the living room to the wrap-around deck.
Just off the living room is the eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances including a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker and farmhouse sink. The dining area has a table with chairs and benches. A door from the dining area leads to the patio.
One of the home's two bedrooms is on the first floor. This bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor accessed by both the bedroom and the front hall.
Off the front hall is the open staircase to the second floor bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, desk and balcony. There is an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and stacked washer/dryer.
THE COTTAGE
The cottage at the back of the property has one bedroom. Enter an open and bright main living area with vaulted ceiling, skylights and ceiling fan. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. There is a small dining table and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, drip coffeemaker and sink. Just off the kitchenette is a bathroom with shower.
The open second floor loft bedroom has a full bed.

THE OFFICE
At the front of the lot, accessed via the house's wrap-around deck is a stand-alone office. This bright space has a large work table/desk, loveseat and ceiling fan. An ideal space if you need to work remotely during your Cape Cod stay.
THE EXTERIOR
The house and cottage are nestled in a wooded lot. The house has a patio off the kitchen with picnic table and gas grill and a wrap-around deck with lounge chairs and dining table. The cottage has a multi-tiered deck with charcoal grill and chairs. Not far from the cottage is the enclosed outdoor shower attached to the laundry shack which houses a second washer and dryer.
Air-conditioning: There are five ductless mini splits--three in the main house (one in the living room, one in the first floor bedroom, one in the second floor bedroom), one in the cottage and one in the office studio.
The property is located in a desirable area of Truro on the town's lovely bayside, just down the road from the famed Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill, close to the Pamet. Only a 9-minute bike ride to Corn Hill Beach. Short drive to Truro's best ocean beaches, Truro Vineyards, Highland Links, Highland Lighthouse, Payomet Performing Arts, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites and great restaurants and shops. Less than a 15-minute drive to Provincetown for more amazing restaurants, shops and galleries, museums, clubs and bars, live entertainment, whale watch excursions and other fun on the water.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
