Welcome to our newest Cordy Bay Beauty 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit which comes with underground secured parking, bike storage, in-suite laundry, high-end furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cordy Bay Beauty is located in the prestigious Cordova Bay neighborhood directly across the street from the ocean and beach. There is a small grocery and Italian grocery area on the lobby level which also offers coffee, tea, goodies, and basics. There are two separate seating areas in the patio. 1 seating area is next to the BBQ and the second seating area comprises of 4 patio chairs surrounding the fire pit/table.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Important notes:
Please note: All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival requesting your access preference, then 7 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
