The perfect place for a "staycation" with loved ones and friends or a team building getaway! This spacious two-story home will accommodate any large group seeking a fun and comfortable retreat. Care is taken to disinfect surfaces to keep things clean and safe.

Three of the bedrooms have queen beds, the master bedroom has a king, the fifth bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a double overhead and there is a full sized futon in the office and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.

Play in the pool with its slide, basketball hoop and water features. Cook up some delicious food on the backyard BBQ grill, electric smoker or large Blackstone griddle and turn on the porch misting feature to cool off while still enjoying the sunshine. Use the outdoor fire pit for s'mores and night time chats.

Pop some popcorn and enjoy a movie night together in the home theater with its huge projection screen and intense surround sound.

Get a full body workout in the state of the art home gym featuring an exercise bike, elliptical machine, boxing bag and the incredible TYTAX weight lifting machine imported from Poland which can be configured to perform hundreds of exercises targeting every muscle in your body! Or just hang out and stretch on the Teeter Inversion Table or roll on the yoga ball. (Always consult your doctor and use common sense before attempting any workout.)

After a great workout, relax in the hot tub, unwind and detox in the cedar-wood sauna. Pamper one another using our fold-away massage table. The Deluxe massage chair in the Master Bedroom will make your muscles happy!

In cooler months gather by a cozy fireplace in the family room, and enjoy the spacious kitchen and formal dining room. We also love using the sauna in cold weather and plunging into the icy pool after a good sweat. It’s very invigorating and detoxing!

Gather in the game room for a tournament with the ping-pong/pool table or play any of our collection of card and board games. Oversized trampoline in the backyard!

You may also retreat into the home office, equipped with standup/sitdown desks and internet access, to get work done while the kids play.

With five bedrooms and the additional bed options of an office futon and queen sofa sleeper in the living room, this home can accommodate a big group. 3.5 bathrooms means less waiting and the large jetted tub in the master bathroom is great for a luxurious bubble bath.

There are many great places to visit nearby! Foncine Settlement Neighborhood Park is right up the street and nearby is the beautiful Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple. The home is situated a short drive from Lake Lewsville which is great for fishing, swimming and boating. Erwin Park in nearby McKinney is great for biking and hiking fun. Not far away in Plano is the scenic 200-acre park, Arbor Hills Nature Preserve. It has 3 miles of paved hiking trail, 3 miles of unpaved hiking trail, a 2.8 mile off-road bike trail, restrooms, a covered pavilion, and a playground. An observation tower provides a bird's eye view of the park.

Downtown, the Frisco Heritage Museum displays antiques, vintage cars and railroad memorabilia. The National Videogame Museum has rare gaming consoles and arcade machines. Next to that is the Sci-Tech Discovery Center offers hands-on exhibits for kids. To the northeast, Frisco Commons Park features playgrounds, a fishing pond and an amphitheater. Frisco has a variety of activities to make your stay fun! Grapevine is a close drive if you are interested in winery tours. Nearby Dallas will provide additional options of museums, dining, shopping and nightlife.
