Immerse yourself in lush natural light, stunning golf views and all the comforts of home in this exquisite vacation villa just a short bike ride from the beach and the beautiful Plantation Golf Club.
The main living space revels in open airiness thanks to tall vaulted ceilings that soar upward from a rear wall of glass gazing out on lush greenery. Here a plush sofa fronts a large flat-screen TV in an open floor plan that incorporates an eye-catching formal dining space with paneled accent wall for a beach chic motif. To one side, a wide Carolina room boasts panoramic views of the 10th hole at Atlantic Dunes, as well as a sleeper sofa and desk for those taking a working vacation.
To one side of the dining space, French doors give way to a lovely private patio set in pavers and lush with greenery. To the other, youâll find the wonderfully updated kitchen with quartz counters, tile backsplash and state-of-the-art appliances. Step through the kitchen and youâre in the spacious mud room, boasting washer, dryer and walk-in shower perfect for washing up after a day at the beach.
On this ground floor we find the first of three guestrooms, boasting a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, spacious closet and en suite with walk-in shower and eye-catching coastal décor.
A floating staircase in the main living space rises up to a balcony set in rich hardwood, past which two more guestrooms can be found. The first sees a queen bed set before a tall floor-to-ceiling window in a space with ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and en suite with tub and shower.
