Welcome to 11 Braddock Cove Club - a beautiful four bedroom, four and half bathroom townhome located on the tip of the Island. This townhome has absolutely breathtaking views of the Braddock Cove Sound and can sleep a group of up to ten guests.

Braddock Cove Club is located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines and boasts some of the best sunsets on the Island. Walk over to the South Beach Marina and the famous Salty Dog Cafe within minutes. Enjoy all of the shops and restaurants that area has to offer! For beach lovers, you are a quick two to five minute walk away from the beach!

A nice perk of this waterfront property is that it is dog friendly allowing one dog maximum per reservation weighing 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog.

• Pool Info: Community pool access is located at the South Beach Marina – a two minute walk and is only open seasonally typically Memorial Day through Labor Day (dates subject to change).

• Dog Friendly: This property allows one dog total per reservation & it must weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog + pay the additional pet fee.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking is limited to three cars total – two in the driveway & one in the garage. No parking is permitted on the landscaping or streets. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week.

Family Vacation

Loved the location and the house. Walk to beach and pool was short. View was beautiful. Was missing a blanket for pull out sofa, called and the blanket was delivered the same day. Stove insert needs to be updated and downdraft vent was not working. Dishwasher needs jet dry or something as it didn't dry dishes well. Property description says close to shops, however most had been torn down and were in the process of being rebuilt. Overall, very nice house and area and would stay here again.

Great location

Lovely views of the South Beach harbor and easy access to the Salty Dog. The property may have recently switched owners? Furniture looked new, beds were comfy but it needs a bit of maintenance. Cabinets and drawers had loose screws that we re-attached. Walls need some painting and vents need cleaning. But very clean otherwise. We enjoyed our stay. .

Fantastic location

The house layout and location is wonderful. Each morning while having coffee on the deck , you can soak in the water views, while the pelicans and ducks go about their morning routine. Also saw two dolphins swim by.

Wonderful stay!

We visited over labor day weekend and had a wonderful stay. The property was spacious, great living room space, garage to keep our bikes, golf clubs and fishing gear. My three boys caught a bunch of fish on the ocean side, saw a lot of dolphins. Really enjoyed our stay and would go back again in a second!

Family Vacation

We were all very very impressed with our stay in the townhouse. We had everything we needed for our visit before we left home including our passes to stay in Sea Pines and the codes for the home. There was no need to stop and pick up a key.There was more than enough space for our family of 7 including 3 teenagers. It was also impressively clean. We enjoyed the area and could easily walk to the beach. But, of course, the absolute best thing was the view. We spent the majority of our time in the house on the deck overlooking the water. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Thanksgiving in Sea Pines

The villa was great. It was clean from top to bottom. Which you always hope for and don’t always get. A+ for sheets, towels, bathrooms, furniture, rugs, refrigerator, oven, doors and deck. Really nice. My few thoughts…there are a number of outlets not working in bathrooms and bedrooms. I also appreciate your choice of simplicity in the kitchen in regard to glasses, dishes etc.which were all clean and neat. But a few more dishes you could pop in the oven or microwave might be helpful. It was a challenge to heat our catered holiday meal. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to South Beach. Thank you for having us. We hope we were good visitors and plan to be back again. The Tate Family

This location provided us a smooth transition to the rental market. The location is very private with breathtaking views. The unit was very spacious, clean and well decorated. Then you combine the location with all the amenities of South Beach and you have a perfect vacation spot.Natalie in corporate office was very helpful and so pleasant to work with.I will use this property again and have already recommended to my friends to use.
