💰 Refund Policy
A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable as per Stripe's policy. Refunds will be processed minus this fee for direct bookings and select booking channels.

We welcome pets at this listing (please check details) with the following fees:

$25/day per pet
$150/week per pet
$300/month per pet (for long-term stays)

🔹 Multiple pets or larger breeds (over 25 lbs) require prior approval.
🔹 Bully breeds and cats are not allowed.

🔞 Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21+, and an adult over 21 must be present during the stay.
🍽️ Food & Drink: No food or drinks in bedrooms (sealed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees apply for stains.
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited—violations will result in a $500 fine plus cleaning/repair fees.
🗑️ Trash: Please dispose of all trash in outdoor bins before departure.
🛠️ Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
🍽️ Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
🔒 Windows & Security: Keep windows closed for safety and security.
🧺 Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items and clean the dryer lint trap.
🚪 Storage Closet: Must remain closed and locked.
🍶 Consumables: Leftover items are left at guests’ discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
🛋️ Furniture: Please do not rearrange furniture.
🎉 Parties & Events: Unauthorized gatherings are not allowed; violations will result in immediate eviction and additional fees.
