Beautifully renovated Mandarin Pool home convenient to everything! In ground pool and attached hot tub (heated), a full kitchen, and plenty of beds should make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We are on a mission to provide quality for our guests. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to help you 7 days a week. During your stay, we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions or issues. We have a team of people waiting to handle any issues that may come up.

Mature neighborhood tucked away but still close to shopping and Bartram/Mandarin area. Homes in the area were built in the 70s and 80s.

Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.


You will have access to the entire home, as well as the pool.

This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plenty of space for you and your guests. The kitchen has everything you may need, and we have a washer/dryer on site for you to use. King bed in owners suite, 2 twins in kids room, additional queen in third room. 3 pull out couches. 2 in the living room and 1 in the den.

Though we aim to maintain the heated pools (check listing page to confirm if this listing includes a heated or unheated pool) at 87°F (for ambient temperatures above 70°F), please note that we can not guarantee pool temperatures; a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. Likewise, the spa (if offered at this listing) is typically inoperable during freezing temperatures. Should you require any further assistance with the pool or its operation, feel free to message me.

Wonderful location and beautiful home!

The owner was very helpful with our stay. Made sure we had everything we needed and also provided us instructions with the lovely hot tub! Clean and very pretty kitchen to prepare meals. In a nice neighborhood, perfect for families. Overall the host had great communication and made sure our stay was to our liking.

Beautiful home in optimal location

This property is exactly as pictured. The home is cozy with up-to-date amenities. It is in a prime location for shopping, dining and enjoying the town. The house was clean and the pool refreshing. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to family and friends. If ever we visit this city again this will be our go to place to stay.

Wonderful House

My husband and I, along with our two children, were traveling for business purposes and decided to make it a mini vacation. We're from NC and wanted a house with a heated pool to stay in so the kids could swim. This house was perfect and beautifully remodeled. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and were every ones favorite thing about the house. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Nice House, Decent Stay

I gave the house a 4 star rating because I could not do 3.5 so, I felt it was a happy medium. The pool, hot tub, back deck were great. The rooms were nice, but were quite possibly the most uncomfortable mattresses that I have ever slept on. While communication, location, and condition of the home in general were good, there were a few issues. First, there was an awful smell permeating the hallway leading to the bedrooms. To be honest, it smelled like pets had urinated somewhere in the house and it was not properly picked up. After searching the house, we finally realized the smell was coming from a set of curtains that conceal the washer and dryer in the hallway. I’m pretty sure a dog had recently marked the curtains as the smell was even more horrendous as you got closer to the bottom of it. I had to purchase a small bottle of febreze and basically spray the entire thing to kill the odor. Second, the pool and foozball table were great; however, the garage was filthy and there was broken glass on the floor near the pool table. We discovered the glass when one of my kids nearly stepped on the shards with bare feet, so my husband had to sweep the entire garage. Finally, the kitchen smelled like a dirty sponge. I realized it was the counters that smelled like they had been wiped with a dirty sponge and I suspect that’s exactly what the cleaners did. Additionally, the ice trays and freezer were filthy with dirt and hair. Again, the communication was good, the neighborhood is quiet and tucked away, which we loved. The house overall is nice. But I feel someone didn’t do their job in cleaning it properly. The smell of dog urine is very strong and very obvious, so there is no way that smell was missed by the cleaning company. A vacation home should not have to be cleaned by the renter immediately upon their arrival and that’s exactly what we had to do because it really was *that* bad - spray odor eliminator, wipe down counters with Clorox, sweep broken glass from a garage. Would I recommend this property? Yes. And I sincerely hope that all these issues will be fixed for the next renter as it really is a nice house!

Great Place to Stay

I did a lot of research before booking. I read reviews of this Vrbo as well as many others. I wanted to get a good sense of all the problems renters might experience. This property is managed by a Super Host and is why I booked it. Given I take my vacations very seriously, I wanted someone who is invested in providing a good experience and takes excellent care of their property. This strategy paid off - as the property is great. (The Super Host also seems to help other people who want to get established with Vrbo - he was on a local cable station talking about it - so he gets extra points for that too). This was our first time booking on Vrbo but we will be doing it again based on this highly positive experience.

The place we stayed was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood . But close enough to places to shop and eat. I will be staying again but bring the family next trip. So much better than a hotel!!

We had an amazing stay! The pool, hot tub, pool table, and foosball table was great for all of us! We stayed more at the house then we did going to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here with your family. Everything was perfect!

Great family friendly home!!

The house was accommodating in many different ways. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperature for November. The garage has a pool table and foosball table, everyone enjoyed!! Nice sidewalks in the neighborhood for a walk or run too. My husband was traveling for work, and brought the family. We originally only needed to stay 6 nights, and ended up extending for an additional 2 nights and it was a smooth process. Great times!!!
