Driedra, hearing that the house matched exactly what we described tells us we are doing the write-ups right, and that layout is one of our favorites on the property. Clean and comfortable is the bar we hold ourselves to, so thank you for saying it plainly. Next time you are out this way, take an evening at the resort pool before dinner, it empties out around sunset and the Hill Country light over the hills is worth sitting still for. Great place and location. I would just suggest extra sleeping pillows in the beds (2 per guest) instead of just one but everything else was wonderful!

The property was clean, well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from seemingly everything. The check in process was a breeze, and the yard was very well maintained. It is a pet friendly property, and equipped as such. Highly recommend staying here!

John, bringing your dog along and still finding a place that felt genuinely ready for them, clean yard, gear on hand, no hoops to jump through, that is exactly what pet-friendly is supposed to mean. Glad the check-in was smooth and that the location worked so well for getting around the Hill Country. Come back when the bluebonnets are out in the spring, the area around the property is something else that time of year!

Steve, bedrooms spread out the way you described makes such a difference when a group is sharing a house, and it sounds like the layout delivered exactly that. Glad the comfort carried through the whole stay. When you come back to the Hill Country, the house sits perfectly for exploring Fredericksburg or just planting yourself on the porch with a cold drink and going nowhere at all. Sheila, the coffee and tea selection winning you over genuinely makes our day. We put real thought into stocking the house so guests have everything they need from the moment they walk in, and it sounds like that landed exactly right. The quiet neighborhood and the short walk to Main Street are two of the things we love most about this spot, and honestly they only get better the longer you stay. Come back and give yourself an extra evening to really settle into the Hill Country pace.

The home was warm and inviting. Our dog loved the large fenced yard. I really liked the security gated driveway. The location was great in a quiet neighborhood close to all main roads but far enough away to not have any of the traffic. We will definitely stay here again when in Fredricksburg. Really nice rooms with plenty of space for all.

Tommy, a big fenced yard and a happy dog is about the best review a house can get. That quiet pocket of Fredericksburg was the whole reason we took this one on, close enough to get anywhere in town, far enough that you actually hear crickets at night. Glad the gated drive gave you peace of mind, too. Next time you're out this way, bring the dog back and give yourselves a slow morning on the patio before you head into town for the wineries.
