Everything was great, and a smooth check in. I would have like to know there was a required deposit for damages before booking, but other than that it was amazing.

This was an amazing property that was conveniently located near the town center, shops, and restaurants. The home was clean, had numerous amenities, and was comfortable for our stay. We received excellent communication before, during, and after our stay, and home instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would be happy to stay there again.

This rental has it all. Comfortable home, kitchen well supplied, rooms & bathroom nice size, backyard and outdoor deck, nice big trees and a great hot tub. Location is perfect for getting to the shopping and eateries. Kids would love this backyard.

Wonderful guesthouse in great location!

Great family vacation in Fredericksburg! This beautiful house was perfect for my family of 4, plus my parents. Spacious, lots of sitting and playing room, clean with comfortable beds!

Shannon, a clean and comfortable house close to everything downtown is exactly what we aim for, and it sounds like you hit all the right spots. The Hill Country has no shortage of great places to eat and browse, and being a short drive from all of it makes the whole trip easier. Come back when the wildflowers are up in spring, the property sits in one of the prettier stretches of the Hill Country and that time of year it really shows. We will be ready for you!

Amy, hearing that the hot tub and fire pit got used and that the whole family had room to spread out is exactly what we hoped for when we set that house up. Those evenings out by the fire with everybody together are the reason we keep the wood stocked. Next time you come, take a morning to walk the trails around the nearby sites before the day heats up, and ask us about the swimming hole down the way. We would be glad to have your crew back. Angie, that location close to downtown is one of the best things about this property, and it sounds like it was a real highlight for your trip. A leaking dishwasher, a shower head that would not run right, and bedroom lamps that were out are real issues and you should not have had to work around any of them. All three have been fixed. The house is in good shape for the next guest, and we want it to be in great shape when you come back. The Hill Country has a lot more to offer right from that same front door.

This is a lovely home with just the right amount of space. The host provided so many nice touches (lemon cake was the best) and really thought of everything a guest could want. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again. Thanks for the great hospitality!!!

Great stay

Very nice clean house close to downtown. Easy access to all Fredericksburg has to offer. Had a great girlfriend getaway and the house accommodated the six of us with plenty of room. Would definitely return.

Kim, six friends, one girls' getaway, and enough room that nobody was stepping on each other's toes. That is exactly what that house is built for. Fredericksburg has a way of filling a weekend fast between the wineries, the shops, and Main Street at dusk, and being that close to all of it means you spend your time out living it rather than driving to it. Glad the house held up its end of the deal. When you come back, bring the group in peach season!

Clean, fresh, relaxing

We loved staying here for a quick little getaway. Everything was so nice and clean. Loved the extra added touches like fresh fruit, bread and a delicious cake! We relaxed in the hot tub all weekend. Perfect getaway and will definitely return.

Jonathan, a full weekend in the hot tub with fresh fruit and cake sounds like exactly the kind of recharge a quick Hill Country getaway is supposed to deliver. Those welcome touches are something we put real care into, and it means a lot to hear they landed the way we hoped. When you come back, ask about booking during wildflower season. The property looks something else in spring and the hot tub hits different when the Hill Country is blooming all around you!
