Step outside onto the wraparound deck, where you can soak in the hot tub or simply relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The private yard with a fire pit is perfect for evening s’mores and stargazing, and parking for two vehicles makes arrivals and departures easy. With its open layout and inviting outdoor spaces, Bear Troutin offers comfort, character, and a true taste of the mountains.

The main level of this cabin features a wrap around deck, Kitchen, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and the Laundry.
The Living Room features 2 couches, 2 comfy chairs and a stone gas fireplace and HDTV. The living room also offers deck access.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances all within arms reach and features a booth style dining table for 7.
The 1st Bedroom offers to twin beds with easy access to the full bathroom on this level.
The 2nd Bedroom offers a queen sized bed, Roku TV and a full bathroom with a
shower/tub combo.
The shared full bathroom on this level features a shower/tub combo.

The wrap around deck offers patio furniture for seating and entertainment as well as the
hot tub.
Make your way down to the private yard where you will find a fire pit with seating for 6.
