Please do note that there are a couple of other homes on this property. One of them (Chateau de Prugna) is a fantastic lakeside home that may be rented as well and sleeps up to 9 people.

When in town, the caretakers stay from time to time to work on landscaping, maintenance, and property oversight, but will always respect your space and privacy.

Our pet-friendly policy means that you can bring your furry friend along for the adventure, with a $50.00 pet fee (maximum of 1 pet). Please note that failure to adhere to our house rules as they pertain to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.

The place was whimsical but lacking amenities. No shower heater only warmed the place by about one degree every three.hours or so. Bathroom door didnt stay closed.

I highly recommend you stay away from this listing. We stayed for less than 30 mins due to several reasons. There is a 2 inch gap between the door and the door jamb which was allowing freezing air into the unit. The temperature when we arrived was 51 degrees, with the sun going down in mid February, it was going to get much colder. There were 2 small space heaters for heating. The kicker was the ants in the bed. I attempted to work with the owners for a refund and enlisted VRBO as well to work in our behalf, but to no avail, the owners have refused us any form of reimbursement. We had driven 5 hours from the North Olympic Penisula and due to the condition of the unit we had to find alternative lodging for our 5 day stay. Please think twice before renting this place

When your concerns were reported, we did offer to send someone out immediately to assess and address the issues; however, this was declined. The following day, our team conducted a full inspection of the property and did not find any evidence of bed bugs. All bedding, including sheets, pillows, and blankets, were found to be clean, and no concerns such as dead bugs or cobwebs were observed in the home. We always aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible during a guest’s stay and encourage real-time communication so we can assist promptly. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our guest experience.
