* Full two bedroom / 2 bath 1 level no stairs & all tile
* Fully Equipped Kitchen. All linens & towels. Perfect for families
* 8 people allowed in this quiet complex w/ lots of sleeping space
* Larger 1150+ sq feet + 2 parking spots
* Small patio to pool in back
* Walk to many bars & restaurants

About this Space:
Thank you for taking a look at our condo near the beach at 108 E Campeche unit
#12. This condo is larger than average for a 2 bedroom, all ground level with
no stairs. There are two dedicated parking spaced in front (back to front) as
well.
When you enter the space you will notice all tiles floors, a completely open
kitchen to the living and dining room areas and ample space. The kitchen is
fully equipped with all appliances, pots, pans, cookware, dishes etc to save
time & money and prepare home cooked meals.
This complex consists of two buildings and 12 total condos, with a central
pool in the middle perfect for kids after a long day at the beach.
The two bedrooms have for sleeping as follows:
Master bedroom - king bed
Second bedroom - 1 twin sized stand alone bed, plus a unique adult sized bunk
bed system consisting of 3 total full sized beds.
In the living room is a full sized couch & we also provide a full sized airbed
(please bring bedding if you plan on using these for sleeping)
The back patio, while small is right off the pool with two adirondack chairs,
small table for drinks and is a perfect location to keep an eye on your
littles in the pool while relaxing in the shade.
This condo has higher ceilings but is not a new remodel and somewhat dated
inside. It is comfortable and we are confident will affordably provide all
your family needs to enjoy the great beaches of south padre island with a
public beach access just under 1 cit block away. As this La Perla complex is
on the east side of Padre Blvd, you won’t have to face crossing the busy 4
lane to get to the sand!
The property does also have the convenience of a washer and dryer right in the
condo
The space has high speed free WIFI, flat screen tvs in Master & living room,
and two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. We do
allow up to 8 people, but understand that is really only comfortable when
children are in the head count.
While this condo has WiFi if you have some work to get done, the internet is
less than perfect on the Island sometimes so plan accordingly.
Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4
nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just
ask before you book please not after :)
Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600
Padre Blvd with an office open 7 days per week 9 am to 5 pm. We do offer free
linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so
is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :) The
max occupancy is 8 people and again, babies & infants are considered in this
head count. A max of 2 full sized vehicles are allowed and that includes a
golf cart if you park extra cars or on the side of ths street you will get
towed at your own expense. There is extra free parking along Gulf Blvd a city
owned street currently no charge as well as the Post Office or Inter Modal
Transit Center.
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check
in to the number on file, not before. Check out is 11 am
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of
your picture ID, read the house rules. If you are not 25 years of age, there
ARE additional requirements & you must ask about these prior to booking
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we
offer a refund for this just to clarify.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels,
basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags,
coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and
not unlimited nor re supplied. We do not provide laundry detergent.
Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the couch, airbed, or sleeping
on a couch in general. Sorry - pets are not allowed nor is BBQs of any kind on
property
