Sea Glass is a charming 4-bedroom, 3 and a half-bathroom coastal retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, located in the Crystal Beach community of Destin. Featuring a private pool and separate carriage house, the home offers a thoughtfully designed setting with added flexibility for families and groups enjoying time along the Emerald Coast.

Inside, the home features bright interiors and well-composed living spaces that feel both polished and inviting. The main house brings together the kitchen, dining, and living areas in a cohesive setting suited for gathering and unwinding. The bedroom layout offers a mix of king and guest accommodations for families and groups, including a dedicated bunk room that creates a fun and flexible space for younger guests. Just beyond the main home, the separate carriage house provides a more private setting with its own sleeping area, additional beds, and a convenient kitchenette.

Main House:

Kitchen: This kitchen is fully stocked to make large family meals. It has beautiful crisp white cabinetry and granite countertops. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, a toaster, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the usual utensils and cookware. Also has an additional kitchen bar with seating for 4.

Dining Room: Located across from the kitchen and bar, this dining room has a beautiful wooden table that seats 6.

Living Room: This very spacious living room is right past the dining room and has a full-sized sofa and 4 accent chairs! Watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV!

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, 2 accent chairs, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a jack-and-jill vanity and shower/tub combination.

Bedroom #2: This bedroom includes a king-sized bed, dresser, a nightstand, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has a large private closet. It shares Bathroom #2 with Bedroom #3.

Bedroom #3: This bedroom includes 2 twin/full bunk beds, a dresser, nightstand, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It shares Bathroom #2 with Bedroom #2.

Bathroom #2: This bathroom is conveniently accessed from the hallway. It includes a shower/tub combination for Bedrooms #2 and #3.

Half Bathroom #3: This half bathroom can be accessed from the outdoor pool area.

Laundry: The laundry room is located behind the kitchen by the back door. It includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Backyard: Relax in your own private tropical oasis with a sparkling pool, a patio table for 6, a covered lounge area, and a grill for outdoor meals and entertainment.

Carriage House:

Bedroom + Bathroom #4: This bedroom encompasses the carriage house. It includes a king-sized bed and 2 twin beds, 2 dressers, a nightstand, an accent chair, and a mounted flat-screen TV. There is access to the large front balcony overlooking the pool. It has its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Kitchenette: The kitchenette is attached to the carriage house’s bedroom. Included is a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and coffeepot. There is also a counter-height bar with seating for 2.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 3 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
