This stunning retreat offers a spacious split layout with two beautiful homes: a 4BR/3BA main house, and a 2BR/2BA carriage home. Five of the bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms. Relax in the private, fully gated backyard oasis, complete with a private swimming pool, and 3 private balconies overlooking the pool. Catch the game on the outdoor TV while soaking up the sun, fire up the grill for a cookout, and keep your favorite drinks perfectly chilled in the outdoor refrigerator.

• Bedroom 1: King bedroom with plenty of closet space for luggage, and a private desk to work at.

• Bedroom 2: TWO Queen-over-Queen bunk beds, with a large TV for the kids to catch their favorite show!

• Bedroom 3: King bedroom with dresser and closet space, and a private balcony overlooking the pool.

• Bedroom 4: King bedroom boasting natural light with another private balcony overlooking the pool.

{Two Story Carriage Home}

• Bedroom 5: Step inside to yet another King bed, with a large couch, desk area, and large TV, with another balcony overlooking the pool. Enjoy a kitchenette, complete with a mini-fridge and coffee maker.

• Bedroom 6: King bed with dresser storage, a large TV, comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy a morning coffee.

{Two Story Main Home}

• Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a shared full bathroom, featuring a his & hers sink, and a walk in shower.

• Bedroom 3 boasts a large ensuite bathroom, complete with a his & hers sink, a bath tub with a chandelier view, and loads of natural light, also included is a walk-in shower with a shower bench.

• Bedroom 4 has an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub in one.

{Two Story Carriage Home}

• Bedroom 5 has an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub in one.

• Bedroom 6 has an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, this bathroom has access to the pool patio.

• We provide bath towels, washcloths, and a hair dryer for guest use during your stay. Please bring any additional amenities needed.



>> Living Area & Kitchen <<

• Our living room area is cozy with a spacious L-shaped couch, perfect for family and friends to enjoy relaxing after a long day at the beach. To the left of the couch, you'll find a desk area to get any work needed done during your stay. This living room includes a large TV for your enjoyment, and a vibrant electric fireplace.

• Our kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room, so even the chef of the family can enjoy an evening with the family! We offer a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker, or a Keurig machine. Enjoy sitting together for meals around the table with seating for 8, and at the breakfast bar with seating for 3.

• A washer and dryer are offered in the home, on the first floor of the main home, with an ironing board & iron provided. A courtesy single use laundry soap is provided, but please bring additional supplies as needed depending on the length of your stay and size of your group.



>> Outdoor Space & Amenities <<

• The private pool is situated in our fully gated backyard between the main home & carriage home! Enjoy an outdoor table with umbrella, outdoor chairs, a grill (propane provided), an outdoor shower, and a fun area in the shade, complete with a TV, a full-sized refrigerator, and bar stools to enjoy drinks and dinner at our outdoor bar!

• We provide beach towels for guest use, but please plan to bring any other beach or pool items that you desire during your stay.



>> Tiny Travelers & Pets <<

• We are a family-friendly home & include a pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a highchair, and baby stair gates for peace of mind (and saving room in your luggage for these must haves during your trip).

• We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 pets with a required $200 pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to a pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors.



>> Parking <<

• The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, and our COMPLIMENTARY 6 passenger golf cart. Unfortunately, we do not offer parking for boats/trailers/RVs at this home. NO streetside or overnight public parking is available, so please plan accordingly before arrival!

• A vehicle is recommended for your trip but not entirely necessary if you plan to enjoy just the "beach house life." Most local destinations can be reached by golf cart, and we offer a FREE SIX PASSENGER GOLF CART exclusively for our guests. There is public beach access within walking distance, and many other beach access points along Scenic 98 that can easily be accessed by golf cart.



The Neighborhood:

You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, and directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance.



Getting Around:

• We love taking the golf cart to pretty much anywhere around this area. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 48 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 76 miles



Other Things to Note:

• Please read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!

• The golf cart is only available for licensed & insured drivers age 25+, with a completed waiver prior to arrival.

• We do offer pool heating, but this amenity is NOT included in your stay. Please inquire for pricing unique to your trip dates.

• All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. • For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.

• Please read our house rules for more important info related to your stay.

• Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time with a check in of 4pm and a checkout of 10am the day of your departure. We do not permit early check-ins, or late check-outs unless previously discussed in advance as it is not always possible to accommodate them.

• Parties and events are not permitted.
