Cats and any other animals require specific written approval before arrival and may be declined at the Manager's discretion. Approval of one type of pet does not constitute approval of any other animal. $150 per pet per stay. - Guests travelling with pets must ensure that pets remain off beds and upholstered furniture, are appropriately supervised, and do not cause damage to the property. Cats must use a suitable litter tray at all times. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by their pets.

From time to time you may see local wildlife — and occasionally insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm. To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.
