Canal Home with Jetty and Kayaks- Near Mandurah

Bring the boat, fishing gear and family for a relaxing canal-side escape near Mandurah. This spacious four-bedroom home sleeps up to 8 across two living areas, with a private jetty, a huge covered waterfront deck, fast WiFi and generous parking for cars, a trailer or caravan. Fish, crab, kayak or simply enjoy coffee by the water while watching the local birdlife — and, if you're lucky, a passing dolphin.

Guests have private use of the house, waterfront deck, yard and jetty. The garage is not available.

Check-in details are sent before arrival once the booking holder completes a brief identification and payment-card verification. This is similar to a hotel check-in process and helps us protect our guests, owners and properties.


The heart of the home is the large covered alfresco overlooking the canal, made for easy outdoor living - a barbecue, dining area, comfortable seating and café blinds for extra weather protection whatever the season.

The private jetty gives direct canal access for fishing, crabbing, kayaking and boating. If you're bringing a boat, you'll find trailer parking and secure off-street space at the front of the property.

Inside, open-plan living and dining, air-conditioning and two separate TV areas give everyone room to spread out - the second lounge is especially handy for kids, teens or two families travelling together. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it suits family groups and boating mates comfortably; larger combined households should note the bathroom count when planning around peak morning routines.

Professionally laundered linen, comfortable bedding and a well-equipped kitchen make the home just as suited to a long weekend as a longer stay.

From Mandurah: A short 20-minute drive (18 km) via Pinjarra Road.
From Pinjarra: Only 10 minutes (10 km) via Pinjarra Road.

From Perth: Take the Mandurah Line train to Mandurah Station (50 minutes), then catch a taxi, Uber, or car hire to South Yunderup (20 minutes).

With easy access to Mandurah, Pinjarra, and Perth, plus the beauty of the canals right at your doorstep, your stay at Decked Out on Allambi will be as convenient as it is relaxing.

Kayaks are provided for optional guest use, at the guest's own risk - please assess your own ability and the conditions before use, and actively supervise children at all times.

As with any waterfront home, local wildlife is part of the charm - keep an eye out for dolphins, swans, pelicans and other birdlife, and expect the occasional visitor of the insect kind.

Sound also carries easily along the canals, so we ask all guests to keep outdoor noise to a respectful level for the neighbours.

Pet policy Dogs are welcome with prior approval and the applicable pet fee - just let us know before booking so we can confirm the property's a good fit. Cats and other animals can't be accommodated.

Before you arrive Once you've booked, we'll ask you to complete two quick steps at least 24 hours before arrival so we can send your check-in instructions:

ID verification via Safeguest (a valid physical photo ID - digital IDs aren't accepted)
A refundable security hold, released after check-out once the property's been checked

This is a similar process to hotel check-in and helps us look after our guests, owners and properties alike. Bookings must be made in the name of the guest staying - companies are welcome to book, but under the traveller's name.

This property runs a firm cancellation policy, so we'd recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.

Exterior security cameras and a noise-monitoring device operate at the property. There are no monitoring devices inside the home.
