Surrounded by nature and wide-open space, this stay is all about slowing down, switching off and enjoying the simple things.

Things to note before booking:

⚠️ This is a peaceful rural property — no parties or large gatherings without prior approval. If you are considering booking the space for an event, please get in touch so we can discuss the options.

👥 Max 16 guests unless arranged prior

🔥 Fireplace & firepit:

May–Sep: BYO firewood, kindling & lighters
Nov–Apr: Total fire ban

❄️ Cooling:

Main house: A/C in living + master, fans in other rooms
Second dwelling: A/C in living (flows into bedrooms)

🏡 The main house is also our part-time home, so you’ll notice some personal touches throughout

🌾 This is a true country stay — expect birds, bugs, and the occasional mouse (traps are in place). Horses nearby can be admired but not fed.
