À 45 minutes du quartier central des affaires de Perth et Ă  seulement 10 minutes de Mandurah, cette superbe propriĂ©tĂ© de 2 Ă©tages situĂ©e au bord d'une riviĂšre dispose de 6 chambres Ă  coucher, de 2 salles de bains, de grands espaces de vie, d'une piscine souterraine sĂ©curisĂ©e et de sa propre jetĂ©e privĂ©e. Chauffage et climatisation dans les zones principales et parking couvert. AccĂšs fluvial Ă  l'estuaire et Ă  l'ocĂ©an. Sonya was communicative and friendly, the house was spacious and clean, modern and well positioned!The view from the lounge to the park (excellent for bocce, for those inclined), on to the river is beautiful. The pool, albeit cool, was a great spot to wind down in the afternoon, before making dinner. Outdoor barbeque and indoor cooking facilities are spot on, plenty of cutlery and crockery. Good parking for, in our case, 5 cars and a trailered boat. Thanks Sonya!

Very well kept property, with huge open kitchen dining lounge. 6 beds were perfect for our stay.The pool is well maintained and a great view of the river from many different locations in the property This was our second stay and will be back again!

A bit of fun

This property suited our purpose for two nights for our family to stay. It was clean and tidy on arrival and we had everything we needed to be fairly comfortable for that time. It seemed to be accommodation that would besuited for scout groups or youth groups etc.The mattresses on the beds were not comfortable long term for older adults but were fine for a night or two.The view from the back of the property was stunning and was lovely to hear the birds around.It was serene and peaceful overall. The “fire pit” was disappointing and not really worth a mention. Overall we had a good stay.Thankyou so much for having us.

Lovely location by Murray River. Pleasantly surprised by large kitchen, dining & living area of house. Pool was wonderful as weather extremely warm while there. We would have no hesitation in recommending property.

Perfect for our weekend stay

The property is very large with 5 large bedrooms so could easily accommodate 5 couples or a large family with kids etc. and all rooms had their own AC. The entertainment areas were also very large as was the kitchen. The back grassed area backs onto the river with a jetty available (we didn’t use it) and has a bbq area too. It also has a nice small pool. The house is an older style but is well presented and has all you need for a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive even helping me navigate the booking app as I had not done that before!

Lovely house with beautiful view of canals

I booked this house for a weekend stay and had a lovely time. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen and lounge area, and the gorgeous views facing the canal! The host was lovely and very helpful in the lead up to our stay!

Perfect family staycation

The house is very spacious, clean and tidy. We loved the big kitchen, and the seperate areas of the house to chill out, and jetty to throw a couple of crab nets in. Especially loved the pool too. It had everything to make our stay comfortable. Host Sonya is very responsive and checked in to see if we had settled in ok once we arrived, which was lovely. We will be back. Loved it!

Annual Weekend Hetaway.

We five guys aged 70 plus have been meeting there for seven years and loving it. We put dropnets in at the private jetty and sit on the back veranda having afternoon drinks with the beautiful outlook on the Murray River. A grassy flat with shady trees leads to the river which has a multitude of river traffic and therefore providing a splendid and relaxing scene. As evening draws on we barbecue our dinner whilst watching and listening to the passing party boats on the Murray. An excellently equipped house and I strongly recommend a stay.

Location location

Great location and house suited our large family group perfectly. An older home as mentioned but large and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and handy having the jetty to tie up a boat. Would happily stay here again.

Ken and I have been hosting guests at "Paradise on the Murray" for many years and many of our guests return year after year. As well as being property owners we also travel and rent holiday homes ourselves so we are able to relate with your expectations as a holiday maker. We strive to ensure that each and every one of our guests feels welcome and enjoys their stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This home is a very special place for our family as it is our escape from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. The river is beautiful and to walk through the property and discover the hidden "paradise" with the parkland reserve and the river is mood changing.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Yes, you can rent homes on the canals, but they can't be compared to being right on the actual river itself!! Especially since you can launch your boat and then tie it up at our dedicated private jetty at the rear of the house. Abundance of space to relax and Pool is an extra bonus! You got to get there to truly appreciate why it feels like "Paradise"
