Beautifully renovated with many upgrades including new paint, furnishings and more featuring single level living with central air conditioning, well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, 2 Smart TVs offering streaming service, WiFi, outside shower and gas grill. Enjoy warm summer evenings relaxing with friends and family sitting out back on the whimsical terrace or cozy up with morning coffee out on the front porch! Great location, just a short stroll from Bethany’s nature center and the Assawoman Canal Trail. Park with ease using the on-site space for 2 vehicles and included Bethany Beach parking permit or hop on the town trolley, which stops right across the street every 20 minutes!
