You will have exclusive use of the beautifully designed rooftop infinity pool, giant hot tub, and the best Mixologist Bartender in PV!. One of the best rooftops in PV! Perfect quiet location that is steps away from top-rated clubs and restaurants. Get the maximum enjoyment Puerto Vallarta has to offer!

Other details to note:
Casa Vista Verde has one of the deepest terraces in the building! Enjoy a meal on the terrace with custom built furniture or relax on the outdoor sofa or arm chair. Enjoy the beautiful mountain view from this comfortable outdoor space.

D'vine has it's own water filter system for the entire building. The water is safe to drink from any tap.

The rooftop has an excellent sound system. If you have a music request ask the bartender. I'm sure he will have it in his playlist.

The building is secure with 24hr conceirge services, hallway and rooftop cameras.

D'vine is a boutique building made up of 30 units. The building never feels crowded and you will never be without a lounger on the rooftop

Great Location & Beautiful Unit

Let me preface this with the fact that we have had a horrible 2 weeks before arriving, our house was struck by lightning and burned down. We have been struggling with managing the rebuild and figuring out how to coordinate moving on short notice. Coming to PV and staying at this condo was the best thing we decided to do. We came incredibly stressed and burned out. Sergio, the rental manager, was ready to receive us and took care of us so well during our stay. We didn’t realize when we got here that the condo is brand spanking new with gorgeous accents and a fabulous patio. It has incredible details in the interior and the roof top is stunning. We’ve had all the enormous rooftop pools completely to ourselves. The desk staff is very kind, professional and extremely accommodating. While there was a bit of a power fluctuation on day, the owner, manager, and property were quick to address it and fix the issue. Thank you for this perfect much needed vacation.

This is why I enjoy being a short-term rental host in PV. I feel this condo unit is one of the best in D'vine. Our condo terrace is unique because it's one of the deepest terraces in D'vine. We planned our condo floor plan accommodate outdoor living and dining. I look forward to hosting you as a guest!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This neighbourhood in Zona Romantica is well known for many inspiring attributes. Many locals live here and it gives the area a real sense of community. Also, there are numerous fantastic restaurants and bars a few minutes away. But, there is no late night noise. Everyone gets a good night rest! The ocean is down the street and the sunsets from the rooftop are amazing. The mountains cannot be forgotten, the beautiful view from our terrace reinforces this every morning when we wake up! The perfect location for a fantastic getaway!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The floor plan was redrawn to accommodate for a larger terrace and the rest of the condo unit was designed to have fewer corners and cleaner lines so the entire condo unit flows from one end to the other. A black media wall was installed to enjoy a movie to its max. Also, we installed a Bose sound bar so you get the best quality sound from a movie or streaming favourite tunes from your phone. All the furniture is custom built and was designed specifically for this condo unit. The dining table for 4 and the lounge set is perfect for outdoor living! The view of the mountains is magical especially early in the morning or later in the afternoon. There are only three condos that have this view in D'vine. A view that keeps on giving! D'vine is a beautiful boutique building. Only 30 units. This means no over crowded pools or hot tub. Enjoy the beautiful sun with full bar service into the early evening! The views from the rooftop are 360º. Take in the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean or enjoy the lush green mountain views. Casa Vista Verde and D'vine make the perfect destination!
