Stellaview is an elegant rural stay set in the beautiful countryside of Lower Belford, right in the heart of the Hunter Valley. With sweeping views of nearby vineyards and distant mountain ranges, this charming escape is the perfect place to unwind and soak in the serenity of the region.
Ideal for up to six guests, Stellaview features three comfortable and stylish bedrooms, each thoughtfully prepared to help you relax and recharge. The open-plan living area includes a cozy fireplace, a smart TV, and soft, inviting seatingâperfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying a glass of local wine. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for relaxed mornings or indulgent evening meals, including a coffee machine for that all-important morning brew.
Step outside to a large outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ and dining space where you can enjoy meals with family and friends while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
Located in Lower Belford, Stellaview is just a short drive to some of the regionâs best wineries, like Bimbadgen Estate and Brokenwood Wines, as well as fine dining favourites such as Muse Restaurant and Circa 1876. If you're in town for a special celebration, wedding, or concert, youâll love the easy access to popular venues like Hunter Valley Gardens or Starline Alpacas Farmstay Resort.
Whether youâre here for a romantic getaway, a foodie adventure, or just some well-earned time out, Stellaview offers the perfect base to enjoy everything the Hunter Valley has to offer.

Booking Information
How We Price
The booking price is based on a minimum number of guests. Any additional guests are charged at a per person, per night rate. Once you enter your group size, the system will automatically calculate the correct rate. Please note that reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
Arrival Details
We like to keep things simple for your arrival. Youâll receive an SMS with your unique access code just before 3pm on the day of check-in. Standard check-in time is from 3pm onwards. If an earlier check-in becomes available, weâll let you know via SMS by 4pm the day before your arrival.
Linen
Fresh bed linen and one bath towel per guest are provided. If youâre staying a little longer or planning any trips to the pool, lake, or beach, you may want to bring some extra towels.
Guest Amenities
We like to keep things eco-friendly! To help reduce waste, we provide a single bottle of 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each shower. If you have a personal preference for bathroom products, we recommend bringing your own favourites to make your stay just right.
Wifi
Wifi is offered complimentary on behalf of the property owner. While itâs great for general browsing and keeping in touch, itâs provided by a third-party service, so we canât guarantee connection speeds or reliability. Unfortunately, weâre unable to offer compensation for any service interruptionsâbut fingers crossed it all runs smoothly for you.
Pools
If the property features a swimming pool, it will be available for use from the start of the NSW September School Holidays until just after the NSW Easter School Holidays. Outside of this period, it will be winterised and closed.
Fires and Firewood
Our indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire pits are available for use between the end of the NSW Easter School Holidays and just before the NSW September School Holidays, in line with state fire safety rules. Weâll usually supply enough firewood, kindling and fire-starters for 1 to 2 nights. If youâre planning to enjoy the fire more frequently, feel free to bring some extra supplies, which can easily be picked up at nearby service stations.
No Party Policy
We want everyone to have a great stay, but we also need to be considerate of our neighbours. This property is located in a peaceful residential area and has a strict no-party and no excessive noise policy, as required by NSW Short-Term Letting Laws. Breaching these rules can put your bond at risk and may even result in eviction. We know most guests do the right thing, but weâve unfortunately had to intervene in a few cases this year, so we really appreciate your cooperation.
Extra Guests / Visitors
The number of guests included in your booking is the maximum number allowed at the property at any time, including visitors. If youâd like to have someone visit during your stay, please check with us first. Weâre happy to approve small gatherings like a family BBQ, but larger groups may not be suitable and could put your booking at risk. We're always happy to work with reasonable requests, provided they fit the house rules and capacity.
Cameras and Noise Monitoring
To help ensure everyoneâs safety and comfort, there are currently 4 external security cameras at the property, focused on entry points. These are only used for external security and are installed in line with local regulations. A noise monitoring device is also installedâplease note that tampering with or removing this device will result in fines. These measures help us all meet the requirements of the NSW Short-Term Rental Code of Conduct.
Guest Registration / ID Check
For everyoneâs safety and peace of mind, Weekenda requires all guests to complete an online registration before arrival, including providing photo ID (like a driverâs licence or passport). The main guest will also need to submit the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. This helps us stay in contact if needed. Donât worryâthese details are securely deleted after your stay.
Critical Update - Fraud Protection
Due to an increase in fraudulent bookings, weâve introduced a new policy for last-minute stays. If youâre booking within 5 days of arrival, weâll need a photo of the credit card used (matching the name on your ID) to confirm your booking. If these details donât match, the booking will be cancelled and all funds refunded to the original card. We appreciate your understandingâthis is just one more way we protect our guests, owners, and community.
Insurance
We strongly recommend taking out a third-party domestic travel insurance policy. Itâs a small cost that can really save the day in case of unexpected disruptions like concert cancellations, medical issues, or other events outside of our control. For peace of mind, we suggest checking out options from Cover-More, Travel Insurance Direct, or Insureandgo.
