Delightful Vineyard Home in Katama

Perfectly situated just off the bike path, this bright and airy Vineyard home is just a mile from the beach and a mile from Edgartown. You can gather with your family and friends in the large upstairs living room with big windows and a cathedral ceiling, take in the sun from the deck, enjoy a cup of coffee off another deck just outside your bedroom, read a book on the hammock in the fenced-in yard, or watch the birds sing from the large enclosed porch.
With a new kitchen in 2019 and all new bathrooms in 2018, this home is easy and comfortable for up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, and the family room easily converts to an extra bedroom complete with a closing door and closet.

Excellent with a few minor comments

We had excellent communication with our host. The location of the house near the beach and bike path was perfect. The house was spacious, comfortable and private. The house was clean but there was rusting on some of the baseboards, and some mildew on the outside slider door on porch. There was also a mild smell of mildew in the master bedroom. There was one light that did not work in a closet. Overall, an excellent house for our seventieth birthday celebration.

My Happy Place

I love this property. It comes with everything that you will need to enjoy a wonderful MV vacation. The house is clean, sunny, and airy. The kitchen is well equipped and the property manager and staff have excellent customer service. The location is one of the top features - - walking distance to South Beach/Katama/Norton's Point. I am a return renter and will be coming back again next year.

Wonderful

Our family enjoyed our time. The owner was very quick to respond to inquiries and was helpful. Loved how quiet it was and the yard was perfect for the kids to play in without worry since it is fenced. The outdoor shower was awesome! You DO need to provide your own linens and towels. We missed that information prior to coming but the owner helped us out. We would return. :)

A Katama renters dream in Edgartown

The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need in this home to make your MV visit delightful. This home is perfect to provide family gatherings as well as space for solo quiet time to reflect. Best rental ever. I’ve already booked for next year!
