BEDROOMS
Our spacious 2 bedroom- 2 bathroom condo comes with 4 beds. Primary bedroom has a king bed, secondary bedroom has 2 queen beds and living room has a pull out bed. Drift into dreamy sleep on our ultra-comfy memory foam mattresses, designed to contour to your body for the perfect night's rest. Each bedroom has a smart TV & plenty of closet space. Hair dryer & Steamer included in one of the bathrooms. You'll also find a washer & dryer available in the hall.

The place was perfect and an easy walk to the Ryman and Broadway. Very clean and convenient. Lots of live music and restaurants very close by.

Gulch stay in May

Had a great stay for 4 nights at this property. Hosts were great with the comms. Access was easy with all the info supplied. Plenty of space for a few friends or 2 couples. It was just 2 of us for this visit with separate rooms. The larger room with 2 beds has a nice en-suite, shower was ace. Then the other room with the larger bed uses the main bathroom. Projector was good for chilling and watching but needs blinds closed and lights off for full colour. Great to have a good coffee machine too, pods are supplied but we also headed out to grab some of our own. Great location in town, very close to Party Fowl which was good for food. And easy to hire a scooter into town. Parking was easy under the building. Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed with 3 adults and one teenager. Positives: Once you get into the condo, you will find that it is clean and has everything you need for a SHORT stay. Free, underground parking is safe and a nice perk. Ubers to Broadway are less than 10.Negatives: Walk from the elevator to the condo is long. No luggage cart or wagon is provided so plan ahead. Carpet in hallway is very dirty. Common areas allow dogs that sit on pillows and bark at people that come in the area. You will hear dogs barking throughout your stay as walls are very thin. Anything taking place in the hallway or surrounding condos is heard in the rental. The furniture in the condo, though it looks nice, is small and cheaply made, very uncomfortable for people who are tall and weigh more than 150 pounds. Neons look great in the VRBO pictures but do not work. Projector in rental needed to be adjusted with napkins to stay straight., Does not work when the sun is coming in. Pool area, if you can call it that, is 80% one foot deep with a max depth of 3 feet deep for the other 20%. The pool is not for swimming. Be warned: write down ANYTHING you see wrong with the place and message owners immediately because they tried charging us for an alleged broken bed that a teenager slept in alone and was not broken when we checked out. It was wobbly but it's a rental so we just dealt with it. We have rented countless times before and have never had an owner demand money over the phone from us.

We appreciate all guest feedback, but we must respond to the false and misleading claims in this review. First and foremost, the bed in question was not wobbly it was fully intact prior to your stay, as clearly documented in our detailed pre-arrival photos. After your departure, it was found with 2 legs of the bed not just broken but snapped off. Most guests, if not all, would report 2 legs of a bed snapped off so they do not get charged, but you chose to ignore your wrong doing & lie to us when confronted about it. The only reason you were not charged for the damage is because we did not have a damage deposit in place at the time of your booking. We absorbed the cost ourselves. It's unfortunate that you would write a review misrepresenting our apartment in retaliation of us confronting you about the damage your group caused. This kind of behavior not only harms the reputation of a locally owned, family-run business that works hard to provide a quality experience, but also misleads future guests. We remain committed to transparency, honesty, and the upkeep of our property and will continue to improve based on genuine, constructive feedback.
