About the Area: Lakeland Village is one of the best locations in South Lake Tahoe, just one block west of Ski Run Blvd. The lakefront resort is a short 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and within walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling alleys. The resort offers a wealth of amenities, including two heated pools, a kiddie pool ( lakeside pools open during summer months ), two shared hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness center, a private beach & pier, lakeside patio fire pits & boat buoys on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
