Conveniently situated in the popular gated community of The Villages of Crystal Beach, this comfortable 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath pet-friendly vacation home offers an excellent place to unwind with friends and family while enjoying Destin's famous beaches and tourist attractions. Boasting a resort lifestyle with a 35,000 sq. foot pool with waterfall features, tiki bar, outdoor lounging and beach access….this private community sports a coveted location in the heart of the Destin area. Just 2 blocks to the stunning Gulf of Mexico and minutes from world-class shopping and dining!

Destin Delight guests enjoy bringing their dog along for vacay in this pet-friendly vacation rental. On the first floor find a spacious open plan with living room, dining room, breakfast bar, and kitchen area. The fully-stocked kitchen is a great place to prepare family meals…featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and two coffeepots (regular and Keurig). The private outdoor gas grill is always nice to have on a beach trip as you unwind after a day in the sun. The spacious master bedroom suite with private attached bath, and a powder room are also to be found on this first level.

Upstairs you will discover a spacious loft with a sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. The upper balcony may be accessed from this room as well. Discover a two additional Queen guest bedrooms and a whole lot of fun beachy decor. Kids and their buddies can hang out in the bunk room furnished with a set of regular twin bunks AND a twin over queen bunk. A full-size hall bathroom, full size washer and dryer, are all to be found on the second floor.

Guests are invited to use the free seasonal (Memorial Day-Labor Day) neighborhood trolley service with pick you up at the driveway and drop you off at the closest beach access, all scheduled with a simple phone call. Beach chair rentals are available from April - Labor Day at the beach access closest to the Crab Trap Restaurant.

House was very spacious, and bedroom design was great for our party. Swimming pool was great, and the beach shuttle was handy, no issues at all. I will be renting this in the future again!

Great Family Getaway

This home was everything we expected from the pictures, extremely clean and spacious. The pool area was amazing, and the proximity to the beach was easy to walk even though there is a shuttle.

Great place near Destin Beach!

Loved the community, loved being able to take our pup, and loved the house we stayed. Our family had so much fun, the pup was very comfortable in the house, and we had all the info we needed before we even walked in the door. Highly recommend staying here if you want to bring your fur baby!

Great Get away

We enjoy the property and the beach is a must see. We wanted an outdoor grill but the kitchen is really nice. The pool was also a nice break from the beach. Highly recommend this property.

Great family vacation

I would highly recommend this property for your family vacation. The property was as described. It was close to the pool. We went to Henderson State Park for beach time as it was close and convenient. The only issue we had was the air conditioning the day we arrived but management addressed it quickly.

The house was as advertised and clean. We enjoyed our stay. However, the A/C went out one evening. Management would only text us, drawing out the process to learn that they did not consider the A/C an emergency and would not send a repair person until the next day. Thankfully, we realized that the thermostat needed to be charged, and we solved the issue. Otherwise, our stay was great!

2024 Christmas Vacation

Cleaners need to pay a little more attention to details. Title floors were very sticky and dust was still in furniture in the bedrooms. Master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable.

Fall break

House was nice but a few things happened this week. Refrigerator leaked all week even after maintenance man came. TV in one of the rooms never started working. Cockroach in main bathroom upstairs. Pullout coach doesn’t really sleep well or pull out completely. My friends stayed in 6 bedroom newer condo for same price. Tried to stay another night and didn’t get contacted til an hr before checkout so we left. I won’t stay here again.

Very poorly maintained/dirty property

Would never book with Pinkie Flamingo again. House was extremely dirty floors, walls, appliances, grill was almost unusable called for maintenance on it guy came & looked said he'd be back with parts, never seen him again. Also, asked for sleeper sofa mattress to be looked at because it was just wires covered in fabric & he said thats how it was suppose to be. Don't count it as an extra bed it is unusable even by a 5 & 6 year old!! The place needs a professional cleaning, a new grill, new sleeper sofa & to be painted completely inside. Truly discussing place!

Oh My! Well I do hate to hear this. I am aware of the concerns you expressed to me via email and I did attempt to address. The grill had a part that had to be ordered, which did not come in during your stay. It has since been fixed and a new Queen sleeper sofa mattress was also ordered. Thanksgiving getaway!

The property provided the space we needed for our family of 8. The location and amenities were great! Nice pool and hot tub. Short walk to the beach. Quick drive to shopping and dining. The property does need a little TLC and a deep cleaning With some updates, a good cleaning and paint the property would be 5 stars!

Stay was fine other than cleanliness of property. One bedroom had a tampon stuck to the wall.

Renting wasn’t a problem. Cleanliness was the problem. Tampon stuck to wall in bedroom and looked like poop was smeared on the wall in the hallway. I would consider a new cleaning service for your properties.

Reuniting Sisters and Cousins

The property is in a good location. Definitely want to drive or have a good walk to the public beach. The pool and hot tub is very nice. The code to the door was deleted and we had to call to track the new code down. The kitchen appliances and washer and dryer were nice and updated. We were disappointed with the bathroom washcloths. Most of them looked old or stained; not very appealing to use. The bathroom outlets kept tripping. Faucets were loose and the downstairs toilet was loose. Some of the bed linens were stained which makes you question laying on them and many of the bed pillows were so thin, we had to double up decorative pillows which were not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection did not show up and without it, there was no tv (which was ROKU, in which we had no idea how to use). When we called for assistance, we were not able to get much further.

mattress in second bedroom with full bath needs to be replaced. It dipped down in the center. It needs some new paint in certain areas. The biggest thing was no regular TV .We could only get old Netflix movies. It rained most of the time we were there so we stayed in the house a lot. Would we stay again? Absolutely Not

Awesome VRBO for Large Group

We had a bachelorette party of 11 ladies stay at this VRBO! It was perfect for us all and accommodates us all pretty well. Plenty of towels, hot water, etc. We loved the house, neighborhood and trolly service to the beach!! The living area was perfect for all of us to hangout together and go our separate ways at night. Pinkie was very accommodating, we had a question and she answered immediately. The situation was handled within a few minutes. I would love to stay here again. Driveway was perfect for 2 vehicles.
