We are sorry for the inconvenience regarding the elevator, and the trolly carts, The elevator # 1 which is closest to the parking stall was temporarily down as it needed maintenance, but it is operational now which makes it more convenient, and the luggage trolly carts - if not in the parking garage, can be found in the lobby. The sound from the hot tub area, (which closes at 10:00pm), with people talking too loudly later at night, happens seldomly is being addressed by the building and will be rectified, thank-you again.

Our number one priority is for each guest to have a wonderful stay in our unit and visiting the Rockies, as nothing makes us happier. 1) We are sorry that the kiddie pool was closed, which we did not realize it would have been before you arrived. Management have addressed non-registered visitors from the pool by changing the access code, and fobs are being ordered. 2) Our apology for the housekeeping issues you have described. Our housekeeping team performs a meticulous deep clean and disinfects after each guest checks out which takes 3 - 4 hours, and they wash all towels, sheets, and washcloths, plus vacuum and mop the floor, and thoroughly clean the kitchen, the shower stall, sinks, and bathtub, plus vacuum, & mop the floor after each stay, then a final inspection is performed, but we will certainly address these issues you have described to ensure it will not happen again. 3) There are three elevators in the building, one was temporarily down, we were not aware that it was before you checked in, our apology for that. 4) We apologize there were not enough paper towels in the unit, we will ensure there is enough stock for future guests. We do have a fully stocked kitchen, and suite with too many items to name. We do our best to ensure the kitchen, and the unit is fully equipped with high quality wares, that it's clean, and comfortable for of up to 6 people. Thank-you again sincerely for your review.
