Welcome to your Rockies Retreat, 2 BR 2 BA condo, located in the heart of Canmore!

We love our place in all seasons, with its amazing pool and hot tub, and easy access to hiking, biking, skiing, and the shops, pubs and grub in and around Canmore! Great family unit. Located near the hub, with amenities within walking distance. Wake up with your coffee supplied by local Eclipse Coffee, and smell the fresh scents of our Rocky Mountain Soap Company soaps and shower products.

*To respect our cleaner’s and arriving guests’ schedules, please do not request early check ins and/or late check outs and be mindful of the check in (4:00pm) and check out (11:00am) times.

**We will charge an additional cleaning fee for stays of 10 days and longer.

**We are not responsible for items left behind in the unit. We will not mail or ship any forgotten item.

Fabulous unit

We had a fabulous vacation with my parents. It was their dream to visit the Rockies in Banff. You helped realize their dream. The condo was fully stocked with a lot of extras ( salt, pepper, spices, coffee, filters, foil, ziploc bags, games, books, movies…) The communication with Mari was also very easy and fast. Great Location

We had a great stay, check-in process was so easy and having an underground parking stall was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and our 7 year old loved the pool. We especially loved the location, being only a short walk into town. We’d happily stay again!

Noisy unit.

The condo was ok but it is a very basic unit. Obviously aN investment unit. Little pleasure sitting on the balcony as there was a big HVAC unit just below that never stopped running. You couldn’t hold a conversation due to the noise. The floor in the unit actually vibrated as a result of the unit.

Perfect base

Perfect, comfortable spot for a family or two couples. Quick easy drive to Banff and all that the area has to offer. Our kids loved the waterslide too.

Great spot!

We had a great stay. The shower was seriously amazing! Makes me want to replace the one in my own home! The property was very clean and well kept and also well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool was nice but a bit too cold for my baby. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was awesome though! Would for sure stay at this property again!

Great place to unwind with kiddos

We chose this property for the pool access, with two littles, one of whom still naps (pool for the older during nap!). The pool was a great success! The property served well and had all of the basic necessities we needed. I was, however, disappointed in the quality of the mattresses and the sheets. With the per-night cost of the rental, I expect a bed that is comfortable and sheets that don't feel bottom-of-the-budget. So, while the space was great, the night's sleep wasn't as comfortable (or as rejuvenating) as I was expecting.

Loved it!

We really loved our stay at your place. It was very comfortable and the location is great! Easy to get around in Canmore and so close to our adventures in Banff. We had a great stay! Thank you so much for the lovely welcome chocolates. I must admit I was a big fan of the waterfall showehead!!! We hope to make it back for another stay!

Great Weekend Getaway

A great choice for our family - we stayed 3 nights and used Canmore as our jumping off point to explore all the area has to offer. The property was immaculately clean and the kitchen was beautifully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts have really thought of everything. The welcome package had all the helpful instructions that made staying a breeze. Underground parking was awesome and the kids loved the pool! Thanks for the 5-star hospitality!

This unit has everything your family needs. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything you’d want or need! The pool is perfect for the kids or kids at heart. This unit is very central and a quick walk to most stores or restaurants. Will be back!

We're from Calgary and have played for decades (at least the older of us) in the Canadian Rockies. We love skiing, biking, hiking, disc golf, sitting on a pub patio, and all the amazing things Canmore offers! We also travel frequently and use short-term accommodations ourselves, so we wish to provide a class experience to our guests as we have enjoyed with other hosts. Our property co-host, Jorge, will take great care of you!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When we are not renting our property, we use it just as you will - as a relaxing family getaway in the beautiful mountains. It is our Rockies Retreat. There are outdoor (and indoor) things to do in all seasons, and our unit offers a well-appointed experience as well as the family friendly pool, hot tub and water slide. We can't cover all the things you can do from this jumping off point, from skating on a mountain lake, world class skiing, walking with wolf dogs, having a cold one on a pub patio with a view that's to die for, and a thousand things more. Come stay and find out!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love how convenient this location is to walking & bike paths, grocery stores, and our favourite restaurants and bakeries. We usually walk to any in-town destinations. The kids love the bike pump track out back, and you are often able to see elk in the undeveloped areas near to the building, not to mention bunnies.
