Villa 49 is an upstairs rental accessible by exterior staircase from the parking portico.
Discover the perfect blend of serenity and convenience at Hidden Dunes Villa 49, a beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat nestled in the heart of the exclusive Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort in Miramar Beach. With breathtaking lake and fountain views and being the closest villa to the beach on property, this villa offers the ideal setting for an unforgettable coastal escape.
Relax in the spacious primary suite, featuring a luxurious soaking tub and walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, making dining in as delightful as exploring nearby restaurants.
The villaâs coastal decor creates an inviting ambiance, while the loft provides an additional space for family and friends to relax. The large screened porch, overlooking the serene lake and fountains, is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

3 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!
Two spaces are at the Villa, 1 is overflow.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
