Coastal Dreams at Hidden Dunes is a fully renovated (2025) beach villa located in Miramar Beach at Hidden Dunes. With three bedrooms, each with a full bath, your stay is made comfortable and relaxing with plenty of room for all. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed with memory foam mattress and sofa for relaxation. The guest room provides a full-size bed with a closet and storage ottoman. The bunk room offers a full over full bed with an additional twin trundle. All bathrooms feature fully remodeled walk-in showers, new cabinetry and granite countertops. The primary bathroom offers double shower heads and a separate free-standing soaking tub perfect to relax in after a long day in the sun.

The kitchen has been well equipped with cookware, utensils and almost anything you need to prepare a delicious meal in house. Some favorites include an air fryer, crockpot and emulsion blender. An ice machine and Yeti cooler helps to eliminate that one additional stop before your beach adventure can begin.

Meals can be enjoyed at both the coastal dining table for 6 and/or the granite breakfast bar with four counter height backless barstools. The oversized sectional provides plenty of space for the entire group to watch the smart tv or play the provided board/card games. You will also find a coffee and wine bar complete with wine chiller and Keurig K-Café perfect for morning or evening entertaining.

The mudroom offers the perfect landing spot for all of your beach gear and supplies as you prepare for a full day of fun! The laundry room features a brand new (2025) full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

Enjoy the views from the wrap around, screened in patio that overlooks the fountain and fishing pond. We offer an outdoor dining table for six and bar top seating for two at the serving bar with open access to the kitchen. There are also double loungers so that any part of your day can be enjoyed to the fullest. Sunrise or sunset your group is sure to love this space!
