Enter the house on the second level under the covered porch with sound views. When you walk inside the home, the modern decor will instantly make you feel relaxed. The interesting spot on this level is the balcony with a view of the first-level outdoor entertainment area. Guests can choose from among the five King En Suites with Ocean Views. There is a washer and dryer here for those who like clean clothes and towels while on vacation. The elevator allows easy access to the next two levels.

For convenience, there is also a half bathroom on this level.

Fourth Level
The fourth level of Skydance is where most of the gathering will take place. The family can settle into the comfy couch in the living room watching tv and enjoying the electric fireplace. While the chef of the group whips up an amazing dinner in the gourmet kitchen, others can visit with him or her at the four bar stool seats. Once dinner is ready, the large dining table for 14 will allow everyone to gather together. Once it is time for after dinner drinks, grab a drink from the custom built bar which will seat four. Venture outside onto one of the two covered decks (one with ocean views). Make sure to get up early to see one of the amazing Outer Banks sunrises! There is a half bathroom on this level for added convenience. Guests will have to draw straws to determine who will get to stay in the Grand King En Suite with deck access, a sitting area, and a grand bathroom.

FlexStay: With KEES FlexStay, you can choose your own check-in/check-out dates at no additional cost.

Pets: Skydance is pet-friendly, with a one-time fee of $185 for up to two dogs. No cats or other animals allowed.

Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

The private heated pool is open from April 1st to November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round and cleaned weekly. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. No pets allowed in pools.
