Step into the first level to find an arcade room and game room with a small lounge. Play foosball, pinball, or ping pong as you unwind in the evenings. Relax in the lounge with ocean views and access to the covered patio and backyard. The four King En Suites on this level are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Two offer access to the covered patio and backyard. One En Suite features a King over King bunk bed sleeping four, while the other is designed for two guests. In the foyer, locate the half bath across from the elevator and staircase.

On the second level, enjoy a similar layout with two common areas, including a private theater room. In the foyer, access the wet bar located just outside the second game room with an ocean lounge. Play billiards and relax with ocean views. Each of the four King En Suites on this level includes a flat-screen TV. Two King Suites on the east end feature ocean views, while the remaining two are located at the front of the home. Choose between a single-bed En Suite or a Double King Bunk En Suite across the hall.

Ride the elevator to the third level and take in breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views from the living room. Relax on the large sectional while enjoying your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing memorable meals and features a massive island with seating for six and an additional prep sink. Head into the dining room to enjoy dinner together, then step onto the deck for dessert while feeling the ocean breeze.

In the backyard, lounge in your private heated swimming pool or unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Fire up the gas grill for lunch and enjoy the picnic area. The extended backyard also provides an ideal setting for hosting an Outer Banks wedding or event. After a long day, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading into town for dining and shopping.

Pet-Friendly: Bring up to two dogs at no charge. The standard $185 pet fee is waived for this property. No cats or other animals permitted.

This property has 10 parking spaces for guests.

Heated Pool Option: Add pool heat for $50 per night with a minimum 72-hour advance request. Pool heat must be added for the entire stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is required for heating. If temperatures drop below 60 degrees, the pump will not operate. Maximum pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Pool Season: Private heated pools open April 1 and close November 1. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors may access the backyard for scheduled service. No pets allowed in pools.
