There is a kitchen, central a/c, 2 smart TV's available for your streaming services, Free WiFi, and parking for 2 cars. This property also has a delightful courtyard comfortably furnished for those evening family get togethers. The community has 2 beautiful outdoor pools, a clubhouse, a rec room with laundry facilities, stocked fishing ponds, a lighted fishing pier, and various playground and picnic areas. Just a short ride to the beaches at Assateague Island or Ocean City. This property does not allow smoking or animals. Occupancy limit is 8. There is No washer or dryer in unit but there is a laundry room at Rec center. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
