The home is outfitted with MINUT Monitors that measure volume decibels (do not record) and notify us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2,000 fine.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
- Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via TRUVI.
- The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
