All owners beware of this guests. Firstly guest count- asked for a bed to be spilt before checkin. Even thou she claims there were 4 adults in 4 beds. (So why did she request a spilt.) 5 adults counted at checkout. Guest said a friend meet them before check out. Even thou house rules state visitors must be approved. My opinion is that the guest count was incorrect. Check out- one car left at 10.05 the other 2 cars did not leave until 10.18. The mess- Don't even know where to start. Every dish put away dirty and wet. All needed to be rewashed. Dirty nappies left in bathroom cupboard, finger prints on everything, something red exploded in fridge. The list goes on and on. It took two people over 6 hours to clean. Damage- a torn curtain (2 tears) 3 Stains on lounge carpet and 1 in main bedroom. Needed professional cleaning the next day. Medication out of packets left lying around. Luckily I found them and not a child. Denied almost every thing. Refused to pay $120 for curtain and $180 for carpet cleaning and $100 for extra cleaning. Calling my cost "exuberant" when infact I could have charged $400 just for the extra cleaning required, without the damage her group did. Easily one of the worst guests, I have ever hosted.
