Shipyard - Litchfield by the Sea Oceanfront, Nicely Furnished, Walk-in Shower

Shipyard Village A36 Oceanfront - You can see the ocean the minute you walk in the door! The covered balcony has a wide view out to the ocean and back to the large Shipyard swimming pool complex.  Sit back and relax on your beach vacation in this beautiful condo.  

The living area is comfortably furnished and there is a wall of windows and glass sliding doors that open to the balcony. The dining table seats 6, and the kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped, including a Kuerig coffee maker.

The master bedroom has a wall of floor to ceiling windows, with view out to the ocean. The master bath has two vanities with sinks, and a large, glass enclosed walk-in shower with bench seat. The other two bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy all of the amenities at Shipyard Village including the pool area, picnic and grill areas, elevators, reserved parking and all the amenities at Litchfield by the Sea.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
