any needs during your stay or local information. Local attractions include Van

Wezel performing art center, Sarasota Players Studio, Selby Gardens, St.

Armand Circle, Downtown Sarasota, University Town Center Mall, local

recreation like biking on Legacy Trail, paddle boarding, kayaking in the

mangroves, boating, wave runners, loads of fishing, Myakka River State Park

and more. And, we are only a two hour drive from Disney World. Come enjoy

Recently renovated, this home features two bedrooms, a screened-in heated

private pool, a spacious covered patio that has a dining & seating area that

is shaded. Relax by the pool and get some sun in the lounge chairs provided

for your comfort.



The family room is furnished with comfortable seating, TV with YouTube TV and

Streaming, and Wi-Fi. Kitchen contains all the appliances, pots & pans, and

dishes you need; with granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The dining room

for 6 is great for dinner guests. There is also an outdoor dining table and

chairs for 6.



The Master bedroom has a queen bed, full closet and a nice master bath with

shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. An air mattress and pack-n-play

are available. A full size washer & dryer are available for use.



This home is centrally located and is close to the Westfield shopping mall and

the Sarasota Square Mall. Just a 3 mile drive to Siesta Key Beach and 140

stores, restaurants, movie theater and food court. The new University Town

Center Mall is now open and is just a 15 minute drive. Do you like to play

golf? There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses in Sarasota alone! It is a

close walk (10 min or less to the local Gulf Gate area where you will find

bars, restaurants, stores, pizza, and cafes.



Famous Siesta Beach is a short drive where you will enjoy the beautiful white

sand. Visit Myakka State Park where you can rent bicycles, canoes, or go

hiking. Its a short drive to Venice, FL. where you can visit Caspersen Beach

to dig for sharks teeth. Venice Beach allows you to take you dog for walks on

the beach.



Go for a bike ride or take your daily walk around this safe and clean

neighborhood. Pack up your beach cooler and chairs as it is 3 miles to the

famous Siesta Key Beach. Work on your golf game year round at your favorite

course. Or, just relax by the heated, private pool in your own back yard.



There is a pet fee of $15 per night. There is a 3 pet maximum. Pool heating,

cleaning, and host fees are all included in the fees listed.
