The Space:
Exclusivity and Security are paramount and each guest must have a resort band to enter the amenities of the Resort. Make sure to book the number of Guests that will be in your group so the accurate number of Resort Bands will be left for you in your condo. While the condo sleeps 8 we prepare it for the number that is selected during booking so please update in the boarding pass verification if anything changes.
You'll be sure to enjoy yourself with a craft cocktail or frozen Pina Colada at one of the 3 Restaurant bars, Outdoor lounge or In the Heated pool's swim up bar open late every night!
Check with the Holiday Inn next door about their kids club activities available for San Luis Guests including 2 hours of kids club per day. While we do not guarantee their amenities we have had great experiences with their kids club. Availability may change so please contact them directly.

Your rental comes with 2 covered and secure parking spaces in the San luis parking garage. Additional adn oversized vehicle parking is availableon the surface lot behind the building by the tennis courts.
Catch the free shuttle and save on parking fees while visiting the acclaimed Pleasure Pier(check availability at the hotel front desk)

Policies:
Verification, Rental Agreement and security authorization hold or damage waiver by credit card must be completed in our boarding pass link emailed to you shortly after booking. Failure to complete this may result in refusal of access to the property.
Age Requirements: Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Smokinng striclty prohibited indoors and within 10' of any window or entrance.
Parking Policy - Park in reserved or designated spaces only. We are not responsible for towed vehicles that are not parked where authorized.

Access is not through the Hotel Front Desk! Please follow the instructions in your Boardin pass link where you signed the rental agreement. Access Codes are available at your checkin time in the link.
