 From popping popcorn to preparing a multi-course gourmet meal, the kitchen offers all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is fully loaded with a coffeemaker, knife set, spices, toaster, granite countertops, and a deep sink for food preparation. There's even a crockpot so you can start your dinner before you leave and have it ready when you return at the end of a long fun filled day! Dine at the bar height dining table in living area seating 2, kitchen bar seating 4 or patio with a table and chairs for 2. Both indoor dining areas are bar height so the 6 available barstools can be moved around at your convenience. On nice days, you may opt to head to one of the 3 large covered patios to listen to the waves while having your morning coffee or just to relax with the warm gulf breezes. 

Each bedroom features a King sized luxurious featherlike bed(designed after the Westin Heavenly bed), Chest of drawers, two night stands, 2 lamps, private covered balcony and private closets. The Master includes a private ensuite bathrooom and walk in closet. 

The living room features a new contemporary queen sized italian leather sofa sleeper, Restoration Hardware Rattan chairs and internet TV with expanded cable. and white Tree Trunk coffee table. 

No need to worry about bringing extra clothes as there's also a washer and dryer on our floor in case you need to do some laundry while on vacation.

Completion of the Check-In Form and Rental Agreement, via our boarding pass verification, is required prior to check-in. Failure to complete this may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Luxurious Pet Experience:
Pet Fee: $150 per reservation.

Inclusions: The pet fee covers a seamless stay, excluding potential damages.
Safety Measures: Crate pets when leaving, bring their essentials, and leash them outside.

General Policies:
Reservation Focus: We are committed to providing an intimate and luxurious experience.
Age Requirements: Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Maximum Guests: The property allows up to 7 guests and must remain within the total allowed by the City of Galveston Ordinance.
Additional Guest Fee: $35 per night for each guest beyond 4.
Events and Parties: Hosting events or parties is not permitted to maintain the exclusive ambiance.
Smoking Prohibition: No smoking is allowed on the premises.
Monitoring System: Discreet exterior security cameras monitor guest count and pets.
Undisclosed Guests: A $500 fee per night applies for any undisclosed guests.
Undisclosed or Additional Pets: A $200 charge per pet, per night will be applied for undeclared or additional pets.
Comprehensive Damage Protection:
You may choose between a non-refundable "Peace-of-Mind" Damage Waiver or a fully refundable Security Deposit for your stay. Both options provide assurance for a worry-free experience.

Please pick up all dishware inside and out and start a load in the dishwasher Please put all used sheets, pillowcases, and towels in the laundry room. Please start a load in the washer before leaving. Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to its original location if it is moved. ****Our cleaner charges us extra if the checkout instructions are not followed so please help us keep costs down*****

Very Important!!!! Please remember to leave the wristbands and Gray Key Fobs on the kitchen counter or wall hanger. We kindly request that you start a load of dishes and take out the trash as well. If you have any pool towels still in the room, please make sure to return them to the pool area. It's crucial to put back the wristbands and Gray Key Fobs, as they have replacement costs of $200 each for the wristbands and $300 for the Gray Key Fob.

Additionally, we kindly ask that you send us a picture of our key fobs and wristbands after you have left our Condo Unit. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

After confirming your reservation, you'll receive a state-of-the-art digital boarding pass link. This pass covers your rental agreement, verification, and the choice of a non-refundable damage waiver or security deposit.
