Modern elegance abounds in this Fort Lauderdale waterfront home. Spectacular for indoor and outdoor entertaining, this spacious open floor plan is perfectly situated to showcase majestic sunsets. The island kitchen and sophisticated stonework combine with porcelain floors for a luxurious relaxing vibe. Fabulously appointed Master Suite with king-size bed and sliders out to the pool area. We also have 2 guest rooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and a daybed for an extra guest. Outside take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear heated pool then work on your tan on one of the chaise lounges as you gaze over the spectacular view of the waterway. Later throw some steaks or shrimp skewers on the gas barbeque grill while enjoying your favorite beverage- this home also has an extra ice machine to keep things cold & refreshing in the hot weather. Watch your kids splash and play in the sparkling crystal-clear heated pool. This home is the perfect family vacation choice. Walk to outdoor restaurants, boutiques, and shops, and to the beach in Lauderdale by the Sea! This vacation home has everything you need to live The South Florida lifestyle!

Great stay

This property was excellent. It was clean, spacious, great location, close to beaches, restaurants and shops, nice, quiet neighborhood, the heated pool was awesome and my son had fun fishing outback. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again soon!

Worth Every Penny

Despite the historic rainfall (25 inches in 24 hours), we had a lovely time. The house is just as described, lots of kitchen equipment, and a great location. The pool was exquisite and the property is well taken care of. Hope to return next year!

Amazing home

House was convientenly located with access to anything within 10 min. Pool was heated and we all enjoyed it. The home has a great layout with comfortable beds and all amenities needed to cook and bbq. The property manager was also amazing,touching base to see if we needed anything or had any concerns. All in all this is an amazing property that we enjoyed and hope to rebook in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay!

Perfect house in Lauderdale By The Sea. House was spotless when we arrived and exactly as promised on VRBO. House is kept up perfectly, pool guy came every Tuesday, lawn service every Monday, everything was great. Walk to shops and restaurants, easy to get everywhere. Michelle was very responsive and check-in out was simple. Wish we could have stayed another 3 weeks!

Great place for family vacation

This place is amazing. We loved the pool with kids really having a blast using it. The whole property including pool were well maintained and super clean. The whole house is well lit, spacious and open concept with many sliding glass doors. The kitchen was well equipt with utensils, plates, cups etc. Our host, Michelle was great, promptly replying to any query we had. Overall, we had a great experience. We will definitely go back for our Fort Lauderdale vacation to this luxurious property to rejoice with family especially kids in funtime!!

Lauderdale By The Sea House

Though the photos are accurate they really don’t do the home justice. This is a very lovely home and it was immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped which was great as we like to cook or barbecued. The neighborhood was quiet. The outside living space was enjoyed by all (we were a 3 generation group. Grandparents, parents and grandchildren). The pool was large, heated and clean. We had a fantastic week and hope to return.

My Stay.

The home was beautiful however a lot needs to be worked on. - when coming into the home we were welcomed by ants that never left. - The third bedroom had another exit that was covered by a book case. (No real privacy) - the master bathroom had an exit door but it was covered with a sheer curtain so who ever was by the pool area can look right in while you’re using the restroom. - we were not told that the ice machine on the refrigerator was not working. Beautiful home but a lot needs to be worked on.

We do wish we had been notified during your stay regarding the ants. In South Florida, occasional pest activity can happen due to climate, but we address these matters immediately when made aware. We are always here to help — a quick message allows us to resolve concerns promptly so they don’t impact your stay. As for the refrigerator ice maker, it has been intermittently unreliable. However, the home is equipped with a separate under-counter full ice machine specifically for guest use, which provides a large supply of ice throughout your stay. We are sorry if that was not clear. Had a great stay at the property, which was fantastic location and a car is not even necessary you are so close to the beach. Very close to family I had in the area as well, which provided ample opportunity to catch up and spend time with them.

Beautiful home but small problems

The house was beautiful and the pool on the water was the reason we booked this property. The indoor cleanliness was beyond amazing. The things I did not enjoy were things that could not be controlled by the owner. For instance -- the food around this area was sub par at best. We drove 30 min to boca raton for most of our food after day 3 when we realized they had more options. Also what needs to be known is when we went our for donuts one morning, we came back to a corvette in the driveway, realizing it was the neighbors. He said he didn't realize anyone was at the property. For how much we paid to stay at the property, I didn't want to have to go house hoping to find who was blocking the garage to get in mid week. It was frustrating. The lawn maintenance also never came all week after expressed they come weekly, this was after a storm, and there were palms hanging off the front palm tree into the driveway. While the house was beautiful - there were small things that were bothersome for such a higher end property.

Thanks so much for staying at our home. We do love our beautiful newly renovated home & love hanging in our outdoor pool area with waterfront views! All of our guests have really enjoyed the cleanliness as well! As far as the restaurants- that would be a yelp review! But...since you brought it up- Each of our guests receives a welcome letter before you arrive- we send across-the-board recommendations from great sandwich shops like Laspada's, to mid-range pricing beach restaurants like Aruba's Beach Cafe or excellent higher-end restaurants like Max's Cafe in Pompano Beach. So, if you are a REAL foodie connoisseur-( like we are) you can YELP & Google review & make your reservations before you arrive! Our neighbor, who is an excellent guy who helps out with garbage & recycling when guests forget- sometimes parks his corvette in our 6 car circular driveway when there are NO guests. Here is the thing...you have my number & I'm always here to make your stay the best it can be! So, if there was a storm and a palm frond is hanging from a palm tree- give me a call- that's what I'm here for, so that you are not bothered by small things on your vacation...I'm simply a phone call away to make it all better! Or, you can be bothered and leave it in a review after you leave! Michelle Martin
