This stunning family home offers serious wow factor just a five-minute drive from central Mudgee. Designed for indulgence, it features luxe touches like central heating and cooling, three bathrooms, a wine cellar, fireplace, media room, and sparkling private pool. Explore the Stein familyâs renowned winery, with its motorcycle museum and Pipeclay Pumphouse restaurant, before returning home to crack open your favourite drop and grill up a feast out on the patioâsoaking up the serene country vibe.
Situated on a corner block in one of Mudgee's most prestigious streets, this exceptional home invites you to unwind and reconnect in style. Surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens, itâs a haven for relaxation and entertainment, with plenty of space to dine, play, and socialise. Thoughtfully designed for all seasons, cosy up by the indoor fireplace or refresh with a dip in the heated pool. In the evenings, unwind around the outdoor firepit.
Stepping inside, the living and dining area is illuminated by full-length sliding doors that forge a seamless transition between the indoors and out. The undercover patio is a haven for alfresco dining, complete with a BBQ for summer cookups and a lounge suite for casual wine and cheese. The chef's kitchen is designed around a central island, complete with a butlerâs pantry, premium appliances and polished concrete floors. Whip up a feast for the whole group and pair it with the region's finest wine, with a temperature-controlled wine room ensuring the perfect first pour. The living area invites connection with a selection of books and board games, while a media room sets the stage for cosy movie nights at home. A dedicated office caters to those needing to set up their laptop and work from home.
Each bedroom is beautifully presented for a good nightâs sleep with air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom highlights a king-sized bed, TV and lovely leafy outlook. It comes with a walk-in wardrobe and a designer ensuite with a double shower and vanity. Each of the remaining bedrooms boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the fourth benefits from its own ensuite bathroom. In the main bathroom, youâll find a sumptuous freestanding bathtub as well as a separate shower.
Parking is provided in the two-car garage with additional spots on the driveway and street. In-unit laundry adds to your everyday convenience with a washing machine and dryer, plus a separate toilet. The pool heater is available and turned on during the warmer months, from September to March. During the cooler months (April to August), the heater is turned off to conserve energy.

The region is known for its excellent wineries and flourishing food scene, with winemaking dating back to the 19th century. Notable cellar doors include Lowe Wines, Robert Stein Winery and Logan Wines. Meander through Mudgeeâs colonial streetscapes filled with produce stores, cafes and boutiques, and shop for local produce at the Mudgee Fine Foods Farmersâ Markets, held in the picturesque grounds of Robertson Park. Get out in nature at World Heritage-listed Wollemi National Park, join a hot air balloon experience over the vineyards or take a dip in the Goulburn River during summer.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
