Accommodating up to 12 guests, this home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths with 3 King master suites and a large upstairs bunkroom with 2 queen and 2 twin beds. The breathtaking floor to ceiling living room windows, chef's kitchen, open floor plan, deck with oversized custom fireplace & 6 person hot tub are guaranteed to make your stay memorable.

Copper Leaf Lodge is 2500 square feet and sits on over an acre of land, with view of the forest. Designer touches and craftsmanship combine to bring elements of exposed wood, stone, and unique tile combinations throughout the lodge. Floor to ceiling living room windows lend to stunning views of the 90’ pines that surround the property. Accommodating up to 12 guests, the lodge has three King Master Suites and large upstairs Bunkroom features 2 twin and 2 queen custom bunks. Our Chef’s kitchen and open floor plan to the living and dining room leads to the outdoor porch. Guests can stay on the deck and enjoy the oversized custom fireplace, and hot tub. Our community has a picturesque, stocked lake for catch-and-release fishing, a community pool and playground, a spacious Clubhouse and grounds to congregate with other guests at Pine Lake, and a family-style Grill where you can dine-in or order right to your cabin! The Grill also serves alcohol. Our development was designed to allow each guest walking distance access to all of these great community amenities. Loved it all

We loved our stay at the Copper Leaf Lodge. It was prefect for our family. We were five adults and four children. We all had our own bedroom suite and private bath the bedroom were spaced just far enough to insure privacy. The kids bunk room was amazing. Our lodge offered several outdoor activities for the kids and adults we were Close enough to the main clubhouse to walk My grandchildren are already planning their next stay Would highly recommend for a family vacation

Copper Leaf

We had a wonderful time. Loved the kitchen, fireplaces and heavenly bedding. This was a great size for our growing family. Everything is so clean and kitchen was well stocked (could use more kitchen towels). Could you tell us what the name brand and model of the mattresses were? They were so comfortable.

Best House ever

This is by far the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot. Craftsmanship of the home was great all the way down to furnishings and decor. The bunk room was a hit with the kids. Short walk to pool and clubhouse and short drive to state park. We had a blast and will be back for sure.

We were a bachelorette party, and we have the best time. Everything was exactly how it was described and looked like in the pictures. We would definitely come back and stay. Only complaint from 8 girls was no full-length mirror lol.

Staying is believing.

The pictures of the house do not pay it justice. It is beautiful, clean, functional, and fun. There were nine of us staying at one time and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is on another level. So is the patio. The clubhouse and pool were also top notch. The staff were fun and extremally accommodating. I will stay here again.

Would definitely stay here again!!

We loved the house and how close it was to the pool and playground! Perfect for the kids and families and everything was super nice. The beds in the three king rooms were some of the most comfortable mattresses we've ever slept in (kids bunk beds upstairs weren't as comfy). The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was due to the issue with getting in contact with someone after check in when the microwave didn't work and the door to one of the bedrooms wouldn't shut. It wasn't until the next day that we could contact maintenance to come and fix it (which they did quickly). Also, in the late afternoon the sewer sprinklers went off and it smelled very terrible! We weren't able to continue sitting out there once they started going off. But overall we would definitely recommend this place and we would probably stay here again!

Mostly satisfied

The house was great. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The living room was amazing. Comfortable sitting for my entire family. Bedroom was very nice with very comfortable beds and pillows. Our only issue was when the automatic sprinklers went off. I’m guessing that the sprinklers are attached to the septic system. And they went off twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening. The smells was so awful we couldn’t be outside while the sprinklers were going off. Terrible smell!! Couldn’t the sprinklers go off in the middle of the night to avoid this from happening. It’s disappointing because otherwise it would have been a five star rating.

Vacation in Broken Bow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic home! As others have mentioned, there is LOTS of construction going on. In another year, it will be awesome! Plan to have fun and/or relax but don't plan to use your internet devices. Even with our own hot spot it didn't work. It is remote enough that the cell towers just don't come through for the most part. There are steep inclines of gravel roads getting to the house. We broke our boat motor off on our arrival date so that took some time getting it reattached in town and we had to find a place to keep it on the lake. But, once we got that resolved, it was a great vacation! Would definitely recommend it.

House is beautiful

House is beautiful and exceptionally clean, however it lacks the little things.. like towel hooks... you can easily hang towels in a closet but 2 of the bedrooms don't have closets so trying to find places for 9 people to hang towels became annoying. Also, basic kitchen things were missing like dry measuring cups and spoons which required us to make a run to the dollar store in the middle of preparing dinner. There were other little things as well... There is a heavy amount of construction in the area but it was not bothersome to us. The reason for a less than 5 star review has to do with the internet. There is very minimal cell service in the area which is not surprising, but the internet issue was surprising. We intended to remote work part of the week but it was nearly impossible due to the way the internet is set up. We asked management about it but they stated "it's just overloaded"... I do not believe this to be accurate because as long as we were connected to their guest connection, it worked great. The issue was that the connection timed out every hour on the hour even if you are actively using it. I was dropped from several work meetings because of this. This is a setting issue not a connection issue which was communicated to management with no resolution. This was a surprise to us and caused a lot of frustration. We've stayed at many properties in the area and none have been as disappointing as this one. For the price you pay and for as many options of equally nice cabins in the area, this one just falls short.

Great Cabin & Amenities

We stayed at Copper Leaf for Thanksgiving. The home was amazing, it was perfect to host and cook Thanksgiving. The beds were super comfortable and the management team was awesome. I highly recommend staying here.

Great family getaway

Beautiful property and house. Love the 3 king bedrooms and bunk room setup. Well furnished. Only challenge is the low water pressure. Would definitely recommend!

Family weekend

Property was really good. It was furnished very well and the kitchen well equipped. They had lots of bath towels. It would’ve been nice to have better hot tub instructions. Access roads to the cabin are terrible. We all had SUVs so we didn’t tear up a vehicle but someone else could. Property managers are not knowledgeable about the amenities of the addition. The other possibility is they are knowledgeable and they lied to us. We were told there was a pool within walking distance of the property. The pool is not open and has never been open at this point in time. We were also told there was a playground associated with the pool and there is not. The cabin itself is about 3/4 of a mile from these two amenities which is not walking distance especially on these roads. Your property managers need to be more forthcoming about what is really there and really open. They also misled us terribly when we first rented the property. I say misled because I’ve already use the lied word earlier. They even told us the day before we were supposed to be there that they couldn’t find our reservation. Miraculously they found it but said there were technical complications. We will NEVER book with anyone who uses this property manager ever again!

Perfect Family Gathering Place

We loved our memorable stay at the Copper Leaf Lodge in Pine Lakes! It was spacious enough for our family of ten. We loved the three master suites, each with their own private bathrooms! Our teenagers especially enjoyed the full size bunk beds and large tv. The outdoor balcony with the tv and hot tub were so fun! We enjoyed the fire pit and the tether ball too! The beautiful, modern kitchen was fully equipped with the things we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The new Pine Lakes community was also nice! While there is still a lot of construction building new cabins in the area, (which did not bother us), we took advantage of the small lake nearby to fish! We did not need a fishing license there to catch and release. The dirt roads were especially dusty, and caused our cars to be extra dirty, which is to be somewhat expected in such a beautiful out door setting. The picturesque scenery of trees and hills made it all worth it. Over all, our family had such a great time and voted to come to Pine Lakes again in the future!

Sixtieth Birthday Girls Weekend

This was a 60th birthday weekend celebration for four of the ladies in our group of eight. We loved the house, it is absolutely beautiful! It was everything we hoped for and more. Having the four bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group. We all agreed we look forward to returning.

The roads were not yet paved and so you shouldn't take your Tesla or your fancy car if you drive one. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience! The house was very clean and beautiful. Even if it rains and you can't go outside, it's a place where you can just enjoy just being there :)

Amazing luxury cabin!!

This property is perfectly described in the details of the listing. This house is the top of the line! STUNNING decor! The house is equipped with everything you need to host a big gathering. The most awesome kitchen feature is the MASSIVE beautiful refrigerator! (Most cabins have normal size refrigerators and they are not big enough for multiple families). You have your choice of a regular coffee maker or a Keurig. This is the first cabin I've stayed in and ALL of the knives are sharp and will cut everything. All of the rooms are gorgeously decorated with ample room. The layout is perfect and the bunk/game room is great for kids. It rained a few hours one morning but with the games in the house, we didn't miss a beat. The community is going to be amazing when they get it all finished. There is construction going on around us but we didn't mind it. We took a short walk to the ponds and fished. Having these types of amenities really help when you have multiple families going and you don't want to spend every day on the lake. My husband caught a huge large mouth bass. You are so close to the lake and restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back to this house and community!
