Guests are required to sign our more in-depth legal agreement and provide a credit card for a security deposit hold. Failure to submit those items, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking.

* Pool Heating Fee: Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $150/stay.

The cabin sits on a 1 acre lot in Pines Hills North subdivision. It is fully furnished with everything you will need for a fun getaway. When you walk into the cabin you will notice the open concept floor plan and the high ceilings. The great room has a beautiful fireplace, tv and plenty of seating. The sofa also pulls out to make a bed. This cabin has plenty of room inside for your family and friends to gather and enjoy each other.

The large loft area has a bunk bed, as well as several games for the family to enjoy. You will also enjoy a custom old school arcade machine. You can play 60 games (ie., Pac Man, Frogger, Galactica, etc.)

Enjoy the 2 gas fireplaces (one indoor and one outdoor) plus an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs to make memories as well as s'mores. Relax in the hot tub and watch a movie, or sit on the massive back deck and listen to the sounds of nature. You are going to be spending a lot of time out here. Morning coffee and evening wine just tastes better on this deck. Our builder put a lot of attention to detail on this one. Out here you can enjoy the hot tub, fireplace, cook a meal on the gas grill, watch TV, or just sit and enjoy all of the nature surrounding you. A few steps off of the deck is the private fire pit. Having smore's by the fire is an absolute must! If you wander a little further back on the property, you will see the creek that runs behind the cabin.

MINT TO BE is on a paved road and has a paved driveway. If you like hiking, boating, bird watching or just hanging in nature, this is the perfect location. It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

The property has 3 outside security cameras for your safety and security.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
