Rooftop Water Views, Close to Bay Beach
You will love this wonderful pet friendly property so close to the bay between Cooks Brook and Sunken Meadow Beaches. Everyone will enjoy our incredible Cape Cod Bay sunsets from the rooftop deck.

Enter the driveway to this special home nestled within a private, natural setting of trees and plantings. As you go through the front door you will find a wonderful contemporary home with nice tile floors. To the left you will enter the kitchen and dining area with wood walls and vaulted ceiling. There is a separate laundry room on the left before you get to the dining area. Beyond the kitchen you will find two bedrooms, each with two twin beds. There is a bathroom with a childs tub that is shared between the second bedroom and dining area. There are stairs in the kitchen that lead to the loft. And there is an amazing wraparound deck from the kitchen to the end of the west side of the house. The deck holds a gas grill, two dining tables and various Adirondack chairs.
To the right of the entryway are stairs leading to the second floor where there is a beautiful and spacious living room with fireplace and game corner. Down the hall there is a bar area with mini frig and Kuerig coffee maker. Continue down the hall to find a half bath and the loft is just beyond. The loft overlooks the dining area and is the perfect spot to watch a movie or read a book.
The Master bedroom is up another set of stairs to the 3rd floor. At the top of the stairs you will find a sitting room and the entrance to the large master bedroom with ensuite. This bedroom offers a king size bed and the bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower. Just down the hall is the exit to the first of two roof decks. Of course the best water views are found upon the top roof deck where you will find plenty of seating to talk about the day at the beach or a bright sunset.
The last floor is on the lower walk-out level where you will find a great guest bedroom with queen bed, sitting area and full bathroom with full tub and shower combo. You can walk outside to find the enclosed outdoor shower around the corner.
From the back yard you can find a path to the dirt road which will lead you to the access to the association bay beach.

It is 3 miles to fresh water at Wiley Park. And it is 3.3 miles from the ocean at Nauset Light Beach, or, 4.2 Miles to Coast Guard Beach in Eastham. Nauset Beach in Orleans is approximately 10 miles away. And Orleans Center is just 7 miles away.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
