House was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for two families with teenagers to spread out. Close to three of the best national seashore beaches! Be sure to bring everything you need (any store is a hike and there weren’t dishwasher tabs or trash bags).

Our stay at Seashore Splendor was wonderful! The house had plenty of space for our family of nine, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone could spread out comfortably. We especially loved the screened porch—it was the perfect spot for morning coffee and relaxing family dinners in the evening.The backyard was a favorite gathering place for games of cornhole and frisbee, and the location couldn’t have been better. With so many beautiful beaches just minutes away, it was easy to enjoy everything the Cape has to offer. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return!

We had a wonderful stay at the Charming Retreat/Seashore Splendor house in Eastham. The house truly lived up to its name—it was charming, spacious, and very well maintained, making it perfect for our family group.One of the biggest highlights was its location. Being so close to Nauset Lighthouse and Nauset Beach was a huge plus for us. The house was also conveniently located near several great restaurants. Most of the Cape Cod attractions we wanted to visit were within a 20–30 minute drive, making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time on the road.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and created wonderful family memories. Choosing this house was one of the best decisions we made for our family vacation, and we would happily stay here again.

Wonderful vacation getaway

This place has everything you need for a fun and restful vacation. Clean, well stocked and so charming! The screened in porch and private back yard mean that one doesn’t have to forego enjoying Cape Cod outdoors between local excursions. The air conditioning units make it a good haven when the heat rises. Perfect place for a family gathering.

Wonderful property, convenient to beaches, biking, shopping, and dining, it has a great backyard for cornhole and a spacious screened porch. We were a little concerned with the busy road, but inside is very quiet. The house accommodated all 10 of us with no sense of crowding.

The property is very well located. Easy access to beaches and to town. Close to a bike trail. It is an older property and it does show its age but well run and maintained. The host is very responsive and communicates well. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a few times, The washer and drier worked well. Ample detergent for both clothes and dishes. It accommodated a family of 8 and it did not fee cramped. two bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs. 4 baths with one being shared. Ample parking.Each bedroom has its own AC which was needed in the hot summer days we were there. it cooled thongs fairly well , although it took some time in one of the upstairs bedrooms. One TV upstairs did not have any reception ,but he one downstairs worked well. Wi-Fi was very decent. Nice sunroom to have breakfast or dinner. Overall , I would definitely recommend a stay in this property.

Gem in Eastham

Spacious, convenient and immaculate home in Eastham! You can feel the love and care the owners have put into the maintenance, decor and amenities of this home. The bedrooms were perfect for our big family. Mattresses and pillows were so comfy. We all loved hanging out in the sprawling screened in back porch. Thank you so much for opening your home to our family!
