Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We headed up to Big Bear for three nights at the end of July 2026. We had four couples three couples had one child and one couple have no children three other rooms had a king size beds one of the rooms downstairs had a queen size bed with a huge walk-in closet the house had plenty of space and the backyard was a good size for us to lounge in. The house is located closer to downtown and the marina. We rented jet skis, and a boat while we were out there highly recommend.

First impression was how clean the place was. Every area was spotless as if it was regularly deep cleaned. We were very appreciative for that since we travel with very small kids. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in/out was seamless, no issues with any appliances or outlets, and communication with the host was friendly and prompt. We would love to stay again.

Our hosts Sophia and Kyle were great! Great communication! What a great place to stay! Our grandkids had a blast! Great sized backyard. Could use a nice sofa/sectional instead of a futon in the living room. Futon wasn’t very comfortable to relax on. We’d definitely come back and hope to do so again!

The house is in good condition. It is very clean and many amenities are provided. The game room had a nice pool table which our family enjoyed. The hot tub was very clean and hot and all the jets worked fine. The spa is also enclosed in a room off the main house which was perfect given that it was very cold outside.
