Situated just 2 minutes from the shops in Hayborough, you'll have everything you need right at your doorstep. With 3 bedrooms and plenty of room for up to 8 guests, this is the ideal getaway for making lasting memories with loved ones.

The Space:

Bedrooms: Enjoy restful nights in our 3 spacious bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment. The master bedroom features a large bed with plenty of room, while the other rooms offer cozy accommodations for families or friends.

Bathrooms: With 2.5 bathrooms, including a full ensuite in the master bedroom, you'll have all the space and privacy you need. The additional bathrooms are perfect for the whole family to get ready with ease.

Living Areas: Our home features two separate living areas, so you can relax and unwind in comfort. One area is ideal for movie nights, while the other offers a quieter space for reading or enjoying conversations with your group.

Kitchen & Dining: The full kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation easy. Whether you're cooking a family dinner or preparing a light snack, you'll find everything you need. The adjacent dining area provides ample seating for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together.

Guests will have access to the entire property excluding the walk in robe in the upstairs master bedroom.

Guests can contact their host any time through their booking platform or by phone, in the lead up and for the duration of their stay.

Gas Supply: This property uses bottled gas, which may either run the hot water, cooktop, or both.
If you do run out there is a spare gas bottle, to switch over the gas bottles please ensure the empty bottle is turned off before the new bottle is turned on.

If you do happen to switch the bottles during your stay, please let us know so we can order a replacement.

Additional Guests: There is an additional set of bunk beds that can be made available for your stay, they will only be available if booking for more than 8 guests.
