Family Room in Brampton - Room 2

Extremely well maintained, clean, spacious and peaceful house. Easily accessible to Grocery stores ( Walmart, Fortinos, Freshco, Dollar Store),Restaurants,Banks, Parks, Pharmacy and Bus stops. Close to Trinity Common Mall. Modification/Extension charges of $60 applied is there any changes made before check out time. There will be a penalty of $750 for false issue reported. Cameras are available all around the property and common areas.

This a 2 storey property with room (Room No 2) on the top floor. Kitchen, dining room, living room on the main floor(shared with other guests). There is a full washroom on top floor and half washroom on the main floor which is shared among the guests. There is a detached full bathroom inside the room only accessible to the guests in the room. There is a walk in closet in the room for extra storage and multiple windows. The rooms are electronically locked, Cameras are available all around the property and common areas. There is a very beautiful backyard and enjoy free cherries during the season. The parking is available first cum first serve basis. The street parking is free during the day. This is the room with 2 queen Beds

Bathroom/Kitchen supplies ( Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towel) are provided one time. Refills are managed by the guests accordingly.

The access codes to the property will be provided before the arrival of the guest, there are two access codes, one for the main entrance and other for the room

The host and cohost and the agent will be in touch with guest for any issue

No unregistered guests allowed
No outdoor shoes in the house. Leave the shoes at the entrance in the designated area.
You have access to laundry once a week. A $5 fee will apply for any extra laundry.
No Parties, pets and guest stay allowed
Our guests renting this space will be responsible to keep the house clean, and care for our home like it is their own with due respect.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL

The area for garbage/recycle bins is under surveillance. The excess garbage/Recycling waste should not be dumped on the ground or outside the Garbage/Recycling Bins. Refusal on Ground, overflowing Receptacles may result in City Tickets and penalties. The guest would be liable for actual fines in addition to removal cost.
Any excess garbage to be reported to the management and disposed in the nearby disposal center at guest’s cost.

Toilet Cleaning

Please flush Toilet paper only and keep the Toilet Clean and Tidy. Please remove the garbage and dispose in the garbage/recycle bin located outside the property.
On Ground and Overflowing toilet Waste/Garbage fine is $100 per instance
