A truly indulgent escape package or superbly private permanent home, the sprawling residence is set at the end of a long olive tree-lined driveway on 1634sqm (approx.), while a full size mod grass tennis court adds to the relaxed holiday mood.

Ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout.
Living area with digital television and open fireplace, opening out at the back to deck for entertaining with BBQ facilities, grassed area, swimming pool, spa, outdoor television and trampoline and to the front with a grass tennis court.
Gourmet kitchen & Dining area.
2nd living area also opening out to back deck, swimming pool & spa.
SLEEPING
- Bedroom 1 in a separate wing of the house with king bed, digital television, air-conditioning and ceiling fan.
Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
