There's a small deck out the rear with an outdoor shower, table and chairs and a couple lounging chairs. On the 2nd floor you'll find a Well-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. Directly off the kitchen is a HUGE dining room with seating up to eight. Through the sliding glass door is a spacious deck with wrap around couches, perfect for that end of night drink and watching the sunset. Off the dining room is living room with TV and ceiling fans. And finally, this floor has a great game room that features a pool table, foosball and dart board. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, another large bedroom and a smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds. This house sleeps 16 guests, perfect for a couple families looking to vacation together. This rental is dog friendly!

PROPERTY MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Per the City of Lewes rental property ordinance, the maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed 16 GUESTS. Children age 12 and younger are not considered in this number.

To make sure your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible, every reservation includes our Comfort Package. No need to pack sheets or towels! All bed linens are professionally laundered, sanitized, and neatly packaged before being placed on each bed prior to your arrival.

Your complimentary fresh linen package includes:

Bed Linens: One complete set of premium sheets for every bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and two standard pillowcases for King, Queen and Full beds. One pillowcase for twin beds.
Bath Towels: One towel set per guest based on the home's maximum occupancy. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel, 1 Hand Towel, 1 Washcloth.
Bathmats: One freshly laundered bathmat for each full bathroom.
Makeup Towels: One designated makeup towel in each full bathroom to help protect our white linens.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $95 admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date, then 100% refund will be provided (less $95 admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date, then 50% refund will be provided (less $95 admin fee)

PET DISCLAIMER: THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS A MAXIMUM OF TWO (2) DOGS DURING GUEST STAY. DOG FEE IS $150 PER DOG. PRIOR TO SUBMITTING BOOKING REQUEST. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH SUNSET RENTALS THE DOGS BREED AND AGE AS SOME RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY.
