This expansive three bedroom oceanfront retreat is perfect for larger groups or families, comfortably accommodating up to six adults in a spacious three-bedroom layout. Large fully stocked kitchen and dining room, 2 full baths and laundry room, deck with BBQ and private hot tub to enjoy stunning waterfront views of the Sooke inlet. Take a stroll along the property’s 200-foot boardwalk and dock to immerse yourself in the ocean’s sights and sounds. Borrow a crab trap and try your luck off the dock! Take a kayak out for a leisurely paddle! Bring your boat? We have over 200ft of dock space! Sit on the terrace and star gaze or play a game of bocci ball together. Seascape Inn is a small boutique hotel situated on the Sooke Inlet just a kilometre from Sooke town centre.

We were able to entertain another couple in pristine facility... such a comfortable accommodation... our visit of several days was during a rainy week, so we didn't use the outside facilities... but they sure looked enticing! We enjoyed gourmet meals and fine BC wine. Excellent Host communication..

Tiffany may well be the most prompt, courteous, and genuinely helpful host I’ve encountered. The place is well-appointed and comfortable and has a great view. The only thing that could be made more clear is that this unit shares the yard, dock, and beach with a few other units on the property and the laundry for these other units is accessed by the deck for the main unit where the hot tub is located. Only once during our stay were we “interrupted” while in the hot tub by other guests walking by to do laundry. Not a big problem for us but worth noting. I expect we will rent this unit again!

Great location that is very convenient to gas stations, restaurants. Very spacious and a beautiful home with lots of room for a big family. Dock had a great view and was nice and private. Easy for crabbing. Jacuzzi was great with a nice view of the waterfront.

Great house, equipped with everything you need for a perfect Island stay!! The kitchen is well appointed and it was a perfect layout for our family of 3 couples. communication was great and the area offered everything we needed for a week of relaxing as a family. We even had an engagement on the property! Highly recommend.

This place is wonderful. Beyond our expectations. It’s an older home so the layout is not what you would expect. But it was clean and comfortable and definitely would be suitable for a family. We came as a party of 5 adults for a birthday celebration. It was perfect for that and the host helped to add to our celebration of the occasion!

Wish we could have stayed forever!

This was a wonderful property! The kitchen was well-stocked and the host was incredible. We loved the 7 nights we spent here and are hoping to convince our family to come with us next time and rent the other buildings on the property. We spent a lot of time at the dock watching for otters and seals. During low tide, we could see so many crabs and starfish. The location can't be beat!

We had a girls trip with my mom, my sister and our two daughters (10 and 12). This place was perfect for the 5 of us. Beautiful house, beautiful views and all of the amenities you could need. The host was very responsive. We have stayed in many short term rentals in sooke visiting family here and this was by far the nicest place with the best host! Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back.

Great place!

Great and clean house, with a large kitchen stocked with everything you need. The waterfront view was great and we spent time at the dock watching for otters and crabbing. The location is close to restaurants and attractions. The property is near the highway so it can get a bit noisy at night. The shared laundry room is connected to the main house, so you would see other guests passing by when you are on the patio. Overall a great and comfortable stay!

Memorable Experience

The property was pretty much as we had viewed in the listing. The location was fantastic and the host was very good at providing details and extremely prompt at answering any questions. The property was clean and well maintained. There were lots of activities to do on the property and it was close to lots of things we wanted to do on our coastal experience. Everything was perfect to give my family an adventure they will always remember!

We loved the location of the house in Sooke with a gorgeous water view! The house was perfect with plenty of space for the three of us. The kitchen was stunning. I wanted to transport it home with me! The bathroom off the upstairs bedroom was like going to a spa. The hot tub on the deck was wonderful after a long day hiking. We would return to this property happily again!

BEST STAY EVER!!

I wish I could give them 20 stars!! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house and views were stunning. They literally thought of everything you may need during your stay. They were so nice and more than accommodating during our short stay there. We are already planning on coming back next year and staying longer. We were staying over for a few days after an Alaskan cruise and we all agreed we wish we would have skipped the cruise and spent our whole vacation here instead. First class all the way!
