Located just outside of the charming town of Stratford, Ontario, this re-modeled Stonehouse was built in the 1840’s invites you to experience a blend of old-world charm and modern comforts. Relax in the hot tub, lay in the hammock or enjoy a campfire under the stars. Just under 2 acres of beautiful country views to explore.

** 6 bedrooms, 8 beds.
The main floor master suite includes a gas fireplace and ensuite with claw foot soaker tub and double head shower, double sink vanity with heated floors. The second floor suite includes its own ensuite with standing shower and pedestal sink.

** This home currently has been designed with a maximum of 14 individual.

** The loft space will be added at the end of May 2025. 2 additional bedrooms , bathroom and living space. For a maximum of 18-20 people.

** Large beautiful kitchen, equipped with everything you need to make all your meals just like you were at home.

** Large living room space for comfort and connection.

** Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature within our meticulously maintained gardens with just under 2 acres to explore, featuring an orchard, or unwinded on the hammock under the cherry tree. Cook your meals on the outdoor BBQ while roasting marshmallows by the fire pit (firewood provided as well as outdoor blankets) Nestled in a quiet and private setting, this home is your sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle.

** Games Galore:** Entertain and challenge your friends and family with many card and board games. Dance the night away with a bluetooth speaker and Ipad with a spotify account.

** Jump into the 6-8 person hot tub and let all the jets do the work!

**Abundant Parking No need to worry about parking. Our spacious property provides ample on-site parking for you and your guests. Up-to 9 vehicles.


** 10 min drive to beautiful Stratford, ON
40 mins drive to Bayfeild ON (beach)

This space is my much loved home away from home. I have opened it up for others to enjoy. It is all newly renovated, but still has tons of character and history.

You have access to the whole house, as well as 2 acres of property. The basement & shop are not available for guests use.


Here is the Nitty Gritty:

- If the property is left in a disorganized state or excessive cleaning is required, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.

- To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, smoking anything is only allowed at the outdoor decks. If any odors, buts or burns are discovered, a $400 smoking fee will be assessed.

- Events are NOT permitted without any prior approval. Unauthorized events will result in the immediate termination of your booking and removal from the property. Please reach out to us for event consideration.

- To ensure the best experience for our guests we do not allow blow up mattresses to be added to our space.

- Please ensure all infants (under 2) and or
children (2-12) are added to the booking.

Pet Policy:

- All dogs must be listed on reservation when booking, if not listed a $400 pet fee will be assessed.

- Please make sure your dog is housebroken.

- Please do your best to keep your fury friends off the furniture/beds. OR if that impossible ( as I know mine love cuddles) please use the pet blankets that have been provided.

- Please pick up after your doggie, I'll have baggies for you.


Other Things to note

- Due to the natural surroundings of our property, it is possible that insects and other critters may be present. We strive to maintain a comfortable environment, but we cannot eliminate the presence of insects and wildlife in such a nature-rich area. Help keep uninvited guests from coming inside by keeping doors closed and do not leave food lying out.

- Living in the country has many perks, however, the dust from the fields is quite common. We ask that you please remove your shoes before entering our home to keep dirt and dust outside.
